In the Message Bible, the Apostle Paul writes, regarding God’s desire and his evangelism efforts: I Timothy 2:4-7; Titus 2:11He wants not only us but everyone saved, you know, every-one to get to know the truth we’ve learned: that there’s one God and only one, and one Priest-Mediator between God and us—Jesus, who offered himself in exchange for every-one held captive by sin, to set them all free. Eventually the news is going to get out. This and this only has been my appointed work: getting this news to those who have never heard of God, and explaining how it works by simple faith and plain truth.God’s readiness to give and forgive is now public. Salva-tion’s available for everyone!This last verse reads, in the Living Bible: For the free gift of eternal salvation is now being offered to everyone...The New Living Translation adds (Titus 3:4-7):But—When God our Savior revealed His kindness and love, He saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of His mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit. He generously poured out the Spirit upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior. Because of His grace He declared us righteous and gave us confidence that we will inherit eternal life. Jesus Christ Himself gave his followers a great commis-sion to take the good news of the free gift of eternal life through personal faith and trust in Him, to all the inhabited earth (Matthew 28:18,19): Jesus came and told His disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Matt. 28:19 Therefore, go and make disciples of all the na-tions, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.”

Today, Christianity is one of the world’s largest religions, 19,000+ new believers are being added to the church each day, in spite of severe persecution. However, 23,000 babies are being born each day, and Islam (probably due to their higher number of children per family), is the fastest growing religion. In the mid 1990’s, Islam was the second largest and fastest growing religion in America! What we can learn from this is, relying primarily on big Evangelists or big ministries to get the job done, is not the most effective method. Each individual Christian needs to be winning souls. In 1974, in a class at Miracle Valley Bible College, I learned that if each of the fifty students in that classroom were to win one soul per year, and train that new convert to win a new soul each succeeding year, in less than fifty years the whole world would be won to Christ. This kind of exponential growth can be categorized by the scientific principle of Synergism.

Webster’s Dictionary defines this word as follows: interaction of discrete agencies (as industrial firms), agents (as drugs), or conditions such that the total effect is greater than the sum of the individual effects.

A simple story illustrates this. A wise man of the Orient did a favor for the Emperor. When asked how he could be re-paid, he requested for a grain of rice to be placed on the cor-ner square of a chess board, and the amount of rice placed on each succeeding square to be doubled. The amount of rice to be placed on the last square of the game board would be astronomical or far more than one would imagine.

I like the saying, “Each one win one, then all will be won!” Larry Beckmann’s anointed soul winning plan provides us the tools and method to accomplish this.

About 35 years ago, I had the privilege to ordain into the ministry, a man who without a doubt, was the greatest personal soul winner of the last 100 years. His name was Reverend Larry Beckmann; and he was the recipient, posthumously, of the World Services® University of Excellence Honorary Doctor-ate for excellence in personal evangelism and discipleship. Larry came to Bible studies I taught where many high school and college students attended. I also had the privilege to pray for him to receive the Baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evi-dence of speaking in tongues. A few minutes later he was lead-ing a man to Christ at a liquor store next door. Reverend Beck-mann kept a detailed daily log, or diary, of the people he led to Christ. From the day Christ came into Larry’s heart on May 2, 1964 until June 9, 1996, during that 32 years, he personally prayed with 170,336 people to receive Christ. In one city alone (Atlan-ta, Georgia) 60,347 people prayed with him to receive Christ. In just a five year period, one married couple Larry trained in soul-winning, in Atlanta, prayed with an additional 8,000 peo-ple to receive Christ. These are the greatest MIRACLES: people experiencing Christ! It is with GREAT JOY that I share with you the tool which the Holy Spirit had Larry prepare for the Body of Christ before he went to Heaven: “God’s Anointed Soul-Winning Plan.” This is the plan he used to lead people to Christ. Why is this plan entitled “God’s Anointed Soul-Winning Plan?” The answer lies in the meaning of the word “anointed.” Pastor Mel Amrine wisely said: “The proof of whether a plan is anointed or not is in the results it gets.” You can have ten soul-winning plans with all ten of them full of Bible verses; nine of them see only a few results, but the tenth plan sees enor-mous results. It is the plan that sees enormous results which is anointed. In a period of just 11 years before Larry Beckmann went to Heaven, the Lord used this plan to lead more than 100,000 people to pray and receive Christ as Savior. A BRIEF SUMMARY OF MY LIFE, THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WHO JESUS CHRIST HAS USED ME TO PRAY WITH SINCE I WAS SAVED 32 YEARS AGO.

I. From the day Christ came into my heart on May 2nd, 1964 until today, (which is June 9th, 1996)---- a GRAND TOTAL of 170,336 PEOPLE have prayed to receive Christ.

II. In this one city alone...of Atlanta, Georgia...60,347 PEOPLE have prayed with me to receive Christ into their hearts.

In other words, Atlanta makes up about 1/3 of the total people praying with me to receive Christ.

NOTE: Also, here in Atlanta, the Lord used the married couple I TRAINED in soul-winning... John and Lee Rosser to pray with an additional 8,000 PEOPLE to receive Christ in the past five years.

The Plan

NOTE: This is not a tract. This is a tool for soul-winners. Only read what is printed in red to the people with whom you witness. The first two times you read this, read it exactly as written. Do not let Satan trick you into believing you’ll look foolish reading this. Because of the anointing on this plan, the person you are witnessing to will listen!Pardon me, may I ask you a question? I’m a Christian and I’m taking a survey; can you listen for about three minutes? You believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Is that true? Nine in ten Americans believe this much. This will vary from country to country. If the person does not believe this, END the survey. Then SOW SOME SEED to help him/her come to Christ at a FUTURE time. Don’t stop reading in the MIDDLE of these next two ques-tions – read them through to the end.Have you ever met Christ personally, where He has come into your heart as Savior?You’ve never met Christ personally, have you? NEVER ask: “Are you a Christian?” NEVER ask: “Are you saved?” Why? Because almost EVERYBODY says “Yes” to either of these two questions. And once they say “Yes” you can’t win them to Christ. The previous two questions lead them into a “No” answer. However, if they are saved, these questions are written in such a way that you will be able to read to them and see if they are saved. The first thing to realize is that Christ LOVES you. When He hung on the cross He died for YOU. He died in your place.John 3:16 NLT (Read it or say it to them . . . best to let them look at it in the Bible with you.)“For God loved the world so much that He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not per-ish but have eternal life.”Do you know why He died for you on that cross?So you wouldn’t have to go to HELL and burn forever.Look at my finger . . . how many sins does it take to put you into Hell, according to the Bible?(Hold up one finger.)Just ONE. James 2:10 teaches that.Everybody has sinned. You’ve sinned. (Read or say Romans 3:23 to them - best to let them look at it in the Bible with you.)For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. NLTWhich means, if you died tonight in a car wreck without Christ, you would be in Hell.And that’s the reason I stopped you. Because it is very easy to protect you from Hell.Of course, I can’t protect you from Hell, but God can.If you’re a good person, will you go to Heaven?No! Ephesians 2:8 says that being good doesn’t even help.(Read it or say it to them . . . best to let them look at it in the Bible with you.)Eph 2:8 NLT God saved you by His grace when you be-lieved. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Church, baptism, believing—none of these [good works] can save you.

The devil BELIEVES that Jesus is God, and the devil is NOT going to Heaven. Believing is only the first step.HERE’S THE ANSWER!! To get to Heaven you must let Jesus come into your heart.Revelation 3:20 NLT (Read it or say it to them . . . best to let them look at it in the Bible with you.)In Revelation 3:20 Jesus says, “Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear My voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends.”Be honest, do you WANT to let Jesus come into your heart?Because you LOVE Him, right?And you don’t want to go to Hell.And you need Him.In order to be saved from Hell, you must REPENT! That is, TURN from wanting Christ only partially . . . to wanting Him 100%. Are you willing to turn from your sins? Do you want Jesus to come into your heart as a FRIEND?Now, I’m going to make it real hard for you. Do you want Jesus as a friend with ALL your heart?Don’t pray with them unless they are 100% sure.If you mean this prayer, you won’t have to go to Hell.Just repeat [this prayer] after me.Jesus, I believe You are here. (PAUSE) I’m sorry for my sins. (PAUSE) And you promised to save me from Hell if I would ask you into my heart. (PAUSE) So I ask you, Jesus . . . please come into my heart right now.He heard your prayer . . . He is in your heart NOW!Did you really mean that prayer?So . . . where is Jesus living right now?In your heart!Do you have to ask Jesus into your heart every day to go

to Heaven, or just once?Just once. Once does it. You pray every day. You pray hundreds of times. You confess your sins every day. But you only let Jesus come into your heart once.Now . . . let’s do a little review. Are you saved?Yes! You just got saved. Don’t base your salvation on FEELINGS. Most people don’t feel anything when they get saved. Base it on what the Bible says.Does the Bible say you’re saved?More than 100 verses say you are saved. For example, John 1:12 says you are saved, and Revelation 3:20 says you are saved. More than 100 verses assure you.If you have time to read these two example verses, here they are from the Living Bible:John 1:12 - But all who received him, he gave the right to become children of God. All they needed to do was to trust him to save them.Revelation 3:20 - “Look! I have been standing at the door and I am constantly knocking. If anyone hears me calling him and opens the door, I will come in and fellowship with him and he with me.”(Question) And what did you do that saved you?(Answer) You let Jesus come into your heart.Write down five scripture references on a piece of paper for them to read later (or, you can have them preprinted). These verses are helpful to give them added assurance of their salvation when doubt comes. These are the scriptures to write down: • John 1:12 • Romans 10:9,10 & 13. • Revelation 3:20 • 1 John 5:12 • Ephesians 2:8-10

There are four things God wants you to DO now that you are saved. #1. Find a Church home. (Recommend a good power church to them). #2. Read the Holy Bible every day. Don’t start in the front of the Bible, because Jesus wasn’t born yet. The first book, Genesis, was 4,000 years before Jesus was born. Begin by reading MATTHEW, MARK, LUKE, and JOHN. These four books quote Jesus’ words hundreds of times, and show what the Holy Spirit did through Him. Then read the Book of Acts to see exciting things the Holy Spirit does through Christians. #3. Pray. Talk to Jesus many times each day . . . whenever you want. He’s your BEST FRIEND. #4. Tell others about Jesus. Try to tell several people today and tomorrow that you let Jesus come into your heart. Not only will this challenge others to get saved, but it will STRENGTHEN YOU greatly.Write down the person’s name, address, E-mail address (if any), and telephone number so either you or a church can FOLLOW UP with them.

----before he was saved. Before God CHANGED his life.)

As I walked up to Reginald to witness to him he said: “You told me how to put Jesus into my heart about six months ago.”

Then I asked Reginald if his life had changed in the last six months since receiving Christ into his heart------and Reginald replied (EXACT words):

“I’ve been more positive since those six months. Like six months ago I was robbing and stealing------ like committing murders and stuff.”

Then I asked Reginald, “How many murders did you commit?” And Reginald replied, (EXACT words):

“About 137 murders in a four year period. Like when I first got in a gang ......the gang I had to kill 3 people on the spot for initiation to get into the gang.

Now I help a lot of young people my age find jobs. I work with the PIC (Private Industrial Council) where we help runaways----we place them in shelters----and find them a home, or a group home. I go to church every Sunday. I’ve been baptized since being a born again Christian. I didn’t go to church at all, except on Easter before six months ago. I read the Bible. I’m living a peaceful life.”

Changed Life

Kenneth Wayne -----homeless.Age 38BlackIn Woodruff Park in downtown Atlanta.Wednesday, June 8th, 1994----at 8:27 p.m.

As I was witnessing to a 63 year old black lady (she was lying down on a bench, resting) Kenneth Wayne walked up to us, and waited for us to finish talking----and then Kenneth said to me (EXACT words): “Hi, Reverend, do you remember me? It was about eight months (last November or December) that I got saved with you on the street.”

Then I asked Kenneth if Christ had changed his life these past eight months and he replied (EXACT words):

“I had been drinking every day, but I had been praying after I got saved for the Lord to help me stop drinking. The Lord delivered me from drinking totally. I haven’t had any alcohol or drugs since I got saved.

You get serious with the Lord when you always keep Him in your heart every day.

I read my Bible every day and keep it with me all the time.

I pray every day through out the day.

I used to use crack cocaine----but it stopped a while after I got saved.”

Charles saw me witnessing on the street and recognized me from a year ago----and he said, cheerfully laughing (EXACT words):

“I remember you a year ago, from Woodruff Park----I came to you crying, telling you I was on crack cocaine real bad---- $100.00 a day. To get the money I was steeling and lying just to get money out of people.

I was so hurt one day I came to you crying, asking for help and you asked me do I want God to come into my heart and help. You said, ‘Do you believe Jesus died for you upon the cross? And He actually died for your sins?’ And I said, ‘Yes’.

And you sit there and prayed, and I asked Jesus to come into my heart. I felt like a little shiver as Jesus came into my heart and I hugged you. I felt reborn.

I’ve been off drugs since that happened.

And I really do believe Jesus died for our sins, and there is a God in heaven for all of us.

I met people that were like me on drugs and I asked them to pray to God and ask Jesus into their hearts.”

As I witnessed to Mario he said (EXACT words):

“A year ago I met you by #9 Tony Valley bus and you had told me about Savior. Christ came in my heart.”

Then I asked Mario if his life has changed since receiving Christ a year ago, and Mario replied (EXACT words):

“I had run around with the wrong crowd and I was drinking and robbing and stuff like that.

Now I’m running with Jesus.---- (I repeat, these are Mario’s EXACT WORDS).

I just be reading the Bible and praying every night.

I live with Mama and she trust me now. I have more love for my Mama. I have love for everyone with the Lord.

I’m in the 12th grade now and I used to be a “D” average ----now I’m a “B” average.”

I asked Mario what his goal in life is now and he replied:

“My goal is that I want to own my own business---- a barber shop. Jesus gave me the desire to own my own business.”

Jan Paginton

To the left is pictured Jan Paginton. A great Christian. And now a great soulwinner. Jan’s life story brings enormous glory to God manifesting His limitless mercy, love and power.

Jan has given me permission to share with you how Christ lifted her from a living vegetable to a vibrant, rich person in the Lord. The Bible teaches that RICHES are blessings from God. Jan is one of the richest persons in the world....in my opinion.

At the young age of seventeen Jan began working in one of Las Vegas’ semi-nude performances. She was riding on top of the world....she thought. Then satan led her into drugs. It was not long before Jan was shooting $100 a day worth of heroin. She became so skinny her employer asked her to leave the show. Jan was forced into prostitution and crime in order to support her habit. She was busted so often by the police that she formed the habit of sleeping with her clothes on so she would be ready for the police when they crashed her apartment door in the middle of the night.

Jan wanted to die. One night she slit her wrists. She didn’t die. Later she slashed her ankles. She didn’t die. Another time she took an overdose of heroin. She didn’t die. And finally she slit her wrists, her ankles and took an overdose of heroin....all at one time. She still didn’t die. God wouldn’t let her die. He had a plan for her life.

Now a vegetable, her mind so far gone she couldn’t even think well enough to go shopping at the grocery store, Jan found her way back to church. It was her brother’s church. Jan told the people at the church, “I’ve tried every other avenue....now you have one week to straighten my life out.”

Jan found Christ. He came into her heart. He healed her mind. In short, here’s how Jan’s life went: From country girl....to model....to show girl....to prostitute....to NOTHING.

Then after meeting Christ her life went: From NOTHING....to a healed mind and body....to having a husband....to a profitable business for her husband....to having a beautiful home....to having a baby....to having a ministry.

To the right is pictured another whiz disciple, Teresla Avila. On her very first attempt at using the presentation she was stunned when she saw all six people she was talking to pray to receive Christ. Those were the first people ever to pray with her. It took her about eight minutes after leaving the people to realize what had just happened. She has since become a super soulwinner. She had seven people on the telephone pray with her to receive Christ. Even her seven-year-old daughter, Brandie, pictured next to her has had six of her playmates pray with her to receive Christ.

My other disciples, Bob and Carole Forde and Jose have performed marvelously at soulwinning too. But lack of space makes it impossible to include their stories.

DISCIPLESHIP-- also a BOOM in Las Vegas --

A fundamental Bible believing church in Las Vegas asked me if I would teach a class on soulwinning to their church. After praying about this, the Holy Spirit told me that he wanted me to work with just a few...the leaders of the church...and pour my life into those few lives.

The six I chose to work with were Sandy Brown, Jan Paginton, Jose Boveda, Bob Forde, his wife, Carole Forde, and Teresia Avila. The Lord led me to work with them not as a group...but one at a time. It paid off. By the end of that first month (October) my disciples plus the people they in turn discipled that first month all together saw...182 decisions for Christ. I did very little witnessing that month because all my time and energies were given to my disciples. However, by spending the last week of October in nothing but pure witnessing, the Lord was good to me and He gave ne 560 decisions for the month. Truly, Las Vegas is a place for SUPER HARVEST.

To the left is pictured Sandy Brown. Sandy is very happily married to a fine Christian and has three children. Her ZEAL for Christ is unbelievable. The first month using the presentation she saw 71 people pray to receive Christ.

During that first month of intense discipleship, the Lord used Sandy to teach the soulwinning presentation to two different churches. The one church was in Cottonwood, Arizona. Two of my other disciples drove with her and assisted her in her class.

In addition to these two churches, Sandy discipled six other people...on a one on one relationship.

Her star disciple was Brad Snead (see picture to right). Brad has so far seen 126 people pray with him to receive Christ. Brad actually saw 36 people pray with him in one day to receive Christ. He is now discipling others, and he is asking the Lord to give him a church that will invite him to teach the presentation. Incidentally, Brad is only three months old in the Lord.

Sandy has also trained and motivated her two daughters to witness to their playmates about Jesus. Mia, age eight, has seen 19 of her playmates pray to receive Christ as their Saviour. And Melissa, age seven, has seen 12 of her playmates pray. Their picture is to the right.

I wasn’t there to discern how clearly they shared the gospel, but one thing I know, the Lord and His holy angels were thrilled over these precious little girls working for Him at such an early age.

Dear Larry,

I can’t begin to tell you how appreciative I am of your discipleship class in soulwinning that you’ve brought to our church here in Las Vegas. You’ve blessed our congregation so by this soulwinning presentation, and my life has been abundantly blessed.

Larry, for the last three years I have longed to win souls for Christ.

When Christ came into my life three years ago, I was addicted to speed, I was a user of cocaine, and I smoked marijuana continually. I was very lost and very unhappy. When I asked Christ into my heart, He gave me such a burden for the lost people that were around me. I had a burden for people all over the world who didn’t know Christ as their Saviour. And for the last three years I have tried and I have worked and I have grown very frustrated and burdened over winning souls for Christ. It always seemed to be such a chore. It was always one of the hardest things I could do and I had to throw every part of me into it to convince people the needed Christ as their Saviour and Lord. I would go home sometimes after witnessing to several people totally discouraged and defeated---wanting to know how I could ever go on to be a servant of the Lord like I longed to be.

And then Larry Beckmann showed up at our church. I heard you share with different people many times, Larry, about how many souls were being won, and I thought, “Maybe this guy’s a little strange---I can’t imagine anyone winning that many souls to Christ.”

So for a while, I just listened, and watched you and tried to figure out what was going on---and then I gave in. I said, “Well, I am going to take this class that he’s giving.”

Larry, from the moment I walked into that discipleship class at the church that one night, I knew that this was the witness that I had been looking for so long. These were words, totally inspired by the Holy Spirit, that could lead many souls to Him.

Not only did I learn it, but I discipled others. Brad, one of my disciples is now winning hundreds of souls to Christ. One of his first days out he saw 36 people pray.

Larry, I just can’t begin to thank you for coming here to Las Vegas. It’s blessed my life so. It has caused a revival in my home church. There’s quite a few people in our church now that are using the presentation. It could only be from the Holy Spirit. They’re using this presentation and they’re leading many souls to Christ. We’re having a revival in our church because of it. People are excited!

The most beautiful thing about this presentation is that you don’t have to have a vision for one or two souls---you can have a vision for thousands. I can see where fifty and sixty a day will pray with me to receive Christ.
