The moon becomes larger and smaller as it becomes

a crescent moon, a half moon, and a full moon.

When the moon becomes larger, then smaller,

that means that one month has passed.

In the night sky, there are twinkling and shining stars.

Because there are as many stars as there are grains of sand

in the ocean, it is impossible to count them all.

People see the positions of the stars and can tell in which

direction they are going and what season they are in.
