» You can PERCEIVE the end result with one or more of your senses.
» You can measure progress b/c you can SEE, HEAR, TASTE, SMELL, or TOUCH it.
» You can MONITOR a measurable goal to keep yourself on track.

» You seek opportunities.
» You have listed ACTIONS to take.
