It consists of one-to-one developmental discussions. It provides people with feedback on both their
strengths and weaknesses. It focuses on improving performance and
developing/enhancing individual’s skills. It is used to address a wide range of issues. These coaching activities have both organisational
and individual goals.

GO4Managing Customers’ Consultancy organises away days for staff.
It is a fun and informative day in which teams bond together and
breach all existing gaps.
These team away days are organised in a way that all teams get
together outside the office and are popular and powerful means of
addressing current issues, developing strategy and improving the
performance of individuals and teams.
GO4MCC organises away-days in a different environment; with no
interruptions with a skilled facilitator.

GO4Managing Customers Consultancy
Who we are: Myriem Maach- The general manager of GO4MCC brings with her an
extensive multinational experience, having worked with top notch
organisations and companies in Morocco and in UK.
She worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager, managing four
centres’ sales and marketing at a Learndirect provider- in London.
She then joined another prominent airline company as a human
resources executive. However; She also worked as a Manager
of the Customer Relations department for a British organisation in Morocco. She has been
providing trainings and coaching for about 4 years now.
Myriem holds a degree in English literature from Hassan II University in Morocco and a
degree in Marketing from Sussex University in United Kingdom. She is also accredited
from the Institute of Customer Services in UK for coaching and providing training in
customer relations and sales.
While her main passion remains Human Resources and People Development. Her
wealth of experience will undoubtedly be of great value as a consultant, trainer and as a
coach. Making a difference by converting challenges into opportunities
