Who we seek
The Global Head of Talent Acquisition is a critical role for SRI, primarily focused on finding and attracting exceptional talent across a range of disciplines and sectors, including media, digital,
content, sport, esports and sporting goods & fashion.
They will work closely with our CEO and Senior Management teams to create and drive hiring strategies that help us realise our
potential and fuel our growth. The successful candidate will be tenacious, structured, process driven, and results orientated.
The role will be hands-on and instrumental in the delivery of junior to Partner level hires, globally.

Responsibilities & Skills Key Responsibilities• Identify the current and future hiring needs of the business on
a Global capacity
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruitingdiverse talent across the business in various regions
• Identify and attract talent directly using a range of differentsources including head-hunting, own professional networks,advertising and various online channels
• Work with and support the senior leadership team and HR indefining talent acquisition in order to create strategicapproach to hiring.
Qualifications & Skills• Ideally 8+ years’ experience in a recruitment position
• Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter orsimilar role, particularly within the executive search sector
• Experience of recruiting from Graduate to Partner levelglobally
• Quality and process driven, organising an approach that ismethodical and structured that can cover all areas required
