GFC Facts Global Financial Company (GFC) is a subsidiary of 

Global Equipment Company (GEC) for financing from GEC customer.

Bakersfield office of GFC handles loan for western US.

Bakersfield consist of 14 people for process + approve loans fiancing.

Bakersfield office was taking much too long to process loan application(Appendix A)

Competitor has promise 10 business days or less for approval of loan.

Request to hire more staff in Bakersfield turned down by HQ.

Solving Problem in Our Company 

This issue can happen to our company i.e in bank bjb.

The sample case is: loan application form process

The main issue same where Evaluation & Analysis Process as

bottleneck.

Our solution as problem solving are:

1)Educate tha sales to complete & collect the data from lead customer.

2)Sales unit shall make sure that lead customer as“real

”prospect.

3)Make standard troughput time for each process in loan application

4)Periodically do controlling and evaluating of loan application process (i.e

each quarterly) as performance indicator.
