Adjacent to NEW MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT — 384 Class-A
units breaking ground Summer 2019
PART OF THE GLEANNLOCH FARMS MASTERPLANNED COMMUNITY, which features
3,200 high-end homes, a golf course,
playgrounds, schools, and churches
The Grand Parkway (State Highway 99) is a 180-mile circumferential
scenic highway connecting the seven counties that make up the
Greater Houston area. This segment of the highway (Segment F-2)
connects Highway 249 and Interstate 45, and opened to the public
in 2016. This progression of the Grand Parkway vastly improves the
transportation options for the communities in the north/northwest
trade area, and provides substantially increased interconnectivity
between the trade area and the rest of the Greater Houston region.
