LUXURY TENT ECONOMICS
• The construction costs of these rentable luxury tents are much less than those of hotel construction.
• Rents are higher because of the “luxury and location” nature of the units. Depending on furnishings we see the entire unit cost of $10,000 to $15,000 for the basic unit.
• In areas where the weather season is May to October with minimal heating or fans required we estimate 180 rentable days. If the gross rent is $200 per night and we have 20 units deployed and we achieve 55% occupancy (100 rentable nights) that will return $400,000 gross per year.
• We estimate a One Season ROI = 100% Return on Investment.
• (Tiny Houses cost about $50,000 each).
LUXURY TENT ECONOMICS100 UNITS
• Assumptions: In areas where the weather season is May to October with minimal heating or fans required we estimate 180 rentable days. If the gross rent is $200 per night and we have 20 units deployed and we achieve 55% occupancy (100 rentable nights) that will return $400,000 gross per year, 50% profitable.
• Our initial goal is 100 units deployed in multiple locations that support rents of $200/night. Thus we achieve $10,000 profit per unit per season.
• This gives us a $1MM per season profit per 100 units.

As a liveaboard boater, he has intimate familiarity with tiny houses and solar and plumbing and electrical systems. As the owner of www.WNChomeImprovement.com he has both construction management experience and personnel. Robert has owned and managed companies with over 100 employees. He graduated as a Chemical Engineer from Louisiana State University. He has done business in mainland China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Abu Dhabi, and India. Dennis and Judy Carey, will be our site operational management team and they have extensive experience running a 125 boat marina and RV park in Marathon in the Florida Keys. They are currently residing in Lake Lure, NC. Dennis is our director of “eco-green-sustainable”.
