Since its founding nearly fifty years ago, Middlesex Community College has focused on the future of education. Today, it is one of the largest, most diverse community colleges in Massachusetts, with a 200-acre campus in Bedford and a vibrant campus

The MCC Alumni Association encourages lifelong involvement with Middlesex Community College. The focus of the MCC Alumni Association is to develop social and networking events for alumni, fundraise for MCC Foundation funds, and support student success at MCC.
