IMPRINT & SET-UP CHARGES: One color, one location imprint is included in listed pricing. Set-up charge is $90.00(A) per location. No set-up charges apply if ordering 50+ units of our Eye Protection, Head Protection and Traffic Safety. Set up charges do apply for all our Safety Kits. No set-up charges on repeat orders if ordered within the year.
ADDITIONNAL COLOR RUN CHARGE: $1.40 (A) per color / per location. We match as close as possible to PMS Colors with no additional charge.
CUSTOMIZATION: If our listed products and pricing do not meet your needs, we can guide you through building your own kit to fit your price point. Contact your Account Representative for assistance and they can help you to customize a kit to meet any stock requirement or price point your customer may desire. Pricing on custom quotations is valid for 30 days from date issued. All custom orders require a 30% deposit.
STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME: For imprinted orders for any of our Safety Kits, Safety Glasses and Traffic Safety Products, allow 10-15 business days from receipt of purchase order and signed imprint approval. For imprinted Hard Hats, allow 20-25 business days after receipt of signed artwork approval. Contact your representative for stock availability as this can affect production time.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: Camera ready artwork is required. All artwork must be vector based on fonts outlined. Artwork files accepted in the following formats: Illustrator AI, EPS, PDF. For non camera ready artwork, a charge of $80.00 (A) per hour may apply. A copy of your artwork will be e-mailed for approval before processing your order. Orders will only be processed once we receive signed authorization. Please send your order and artwork to [email protected].
SAMPLE POLICY: All sample request must be submitted by Fax or Email. All Blank Samples are available at EQP Pricing + freight charges. All Samples are non-refundable, Non-returnable and may not be credited.
RETURN POLICY: All return requests must be submitted by Fax or Email. If reason for return is due to damage, a product Image proof must be provided before return. Depending on the return there may be a 15% restocking fee. A return authorization number is required , otherwise the return will be refused.
SHIPPING POLICY: All shipments will be sent via best method as determined by Dynamic Safety Promo. Shipping is pre-paid and added to invoice unless otherwise requested. FOB Laval, Quebec. Every effort will be made for on-time delivery.
