COACHES

This camp is designed to teach all players the fundamental skills and the dynamics of teamwork and sportsmanship needed to play basketball at all levels. Campers will be divided into groups based on age and skill level. Attention is given each day to ball handling, shooting, defense, passing and team play. Contests, games and lectures are daily features. The older/higher skilled campers will be instructed in advanced fundamentals, advanced position technique, and advanced drills and concepts.

This camp is designed to give AAU and HS coaches an opportunity to prepare their teams for their upcoming seasons. Come out to our team camp and take advantage of the opportunity to get excellent competition as you prepare your team for next season. High level drills and instruction will be given each day by the UB Women’s coaching staff. All players and coaches will come away with a stronger understanding of Division I athletics and what it is going to take to make that jump to the next level.

This camp is designed for aspiring college bound athletes to get the full UB Women’s Basketball experience. Our drills and activities are designed to offer a day in the life of a UB Women’s Basketball player. The player will leave with new drills and skills to improve their overall game as well as a strong understanding of Coach Jack’s system and philosophy. We will teach basic fundamentals with a progression to a more advanced level. These will then be put to test in a series of 5 on 5 games for the athletes to showcase their talents.
