FREE STANDING MDS Series 6 HS washing machines do not require any type of bolting down, making them quick and easy to install. The MDS (Multi Directional Springs) system allows spin speeds of over 350G in a silent and highly stable way. It absorbs up to 95% of the vibrations.
G DRIVE This is a system for management and communication between the inverter, the motor and the microprocessor which ensures a good balance and a longer life for the whole assembly. It controls the speed and the imbalances, saves energy and reduces noise, vibrations and compo-nent fatigue.
AQUA FALL With a minimum water level and recirculation through the perforated blades, a cascading effect is created that increases the washing action and reduces cycle time and water usage.
AQUA MIXER A mixer for hot and cold water (coming from an external heater). Saves time and energy by maintaining the tem-perature of the water with great precision.
CARE TOUCH DRUM A system with holes that are pressed in to avoid sharp edges. This ensures a delicate treatment of the linen and aids water drainage in the final spin. An AISI-304L stain-less steel drum.
COIN CONTROL
Girbau coin-op washing machines have con-trols that are intuitive, and are easy for custom-ers to programme and to use. These consist of 4 programs. They can be modified individu-ally from phase to phase (up to 6 phases per program). They incorporate a fault-checking system and alarm messages. The clock option makes it possible to programme prices accord-ing to the time slot and program.
Vending option: can be connected to a central payment unit (external start-up system).
Coin box option: incorporating a coin box designed to be controlled directly, with payment being made by inserting coins into the machine itself. The elec-tronic coin boxes can be programmed to accept different types of coins or tokens.

COIN CONTROL
Girbau coin-op dryers have graphic controls that are easy to programme and operate.
They have three temperature programs (high, medium, or low) with modifiable cycle times.
Vending option: can be connected to a central payment unit (external start-up system).
Coin box option: incorporates a coin box to be controlled directly by making the payment with coins inserted in the machine itself. The electronic coin boxes can be programmed to accept different types of coins.

G DRIVE The communication between the inverter, motor and microprocessor ensures a longer life for the mechanical structure. Direct ratio with Speed Control system.
HUMIDITY CONTROL A reliable and accurate moisture control system. Provides a lower energy consumption and shorter cycle time, in addition to ensuring homogenous drying.
TRANSFLOW The Transflow system (axial and radial flow) aids the passage of the hot air through the linen, taking full advantage of the energy contained in the air flow.
SPEED CONTROL Possibility of programming the spin speed of the drum depending on the type of garment (size, weight, fabric, etc.)
HEAT CAPTURE Door with a double glass and double panel. This ensures a better use of the heat with less impact on the working environment.
CARE TOUCH This system prevents the linen from coming into contact with sharp edges, thereby treating the linen gently and extending its useful life.
