A memorial lecture was organised by Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions in the memory of Late Dr. Rajaram Jaipuria. National Anthem was played in the begining of the session besides chanting of dictums by Chaturdham Ved Pathshala Team, Allahabad. A welcome note was given by Shri Saket Jaipuria (ED) to the Hon’ble Vice President of India - Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu. The participants were addressed by Shri Shishir Jaipuria (CMD) followed by a brief lecture on “Importance of Ethics” in the society by Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu. The employees of Ginni Filament Limited were also a part of the programm.

Training is one of the function which boosts and motivates the employees and increases their self-confidence to reach goals.To explain the importance of Goal setting in Professional as well as personal life a training session on the topic “Goal setting and KRA setting” was conducted by Mr. Jitendra Mudaliar from University of Petroleum and Energy studies, on 11th April at Panoli plant. There were 31 participants in the session. All participants took active part. The main contents of the program were:-

• Importance of goals in life.• What is a goal?• What is the purpose of setting goals?• Difference between goals and dreams.• Types of Goals.• Realistic v/s unrealistic goals.• Importance of setting goals.• Tips for setting goals.• SMART goals and how to write smart goals.• KRA (Key result areas)• Introduction, meaning attributes and targets.• How to align KRA with your SMART goals.

2. Health Checkup :-

In order to comply with the Health and Safety policy, Medical health checkup camp for staff and workers was organized on 25th April at Panoli plant. Total 120 employees underwent the medical checkup for Physical examination, C.B.C, Spirometry, R.B.S, U/M Blood group and Vision tests.

A training was conducted on ‘Moving upto Leadership & Management’ by Sh. V.K Tripathi in which employees gained knowledge regarding the Management and Leadership skills.

A training was conducted on ‘In- Process Check & Issues’ by Dr. Yatendra Verma, in which employees gained knowledge regarding the errors that need to be identified and what control measures to be taken to avoid such kind of Errors and issues.

A Hepatitis B Vaccination programme was organized in which the First-Aiders of the Company got vaccination for it.

On the eve of Navmi Puja dated 14th April 2019 a hawan was organized in which whole Ginni team participated to take blessings from Godess Durga.

An External training was conducted on ‘First –Aid Training’ by Dr. B.P Basist, Lecturer First- Aid at St. John Ambulance, in which employees gained knowledge regarding the First – Aid steps that has to be followed at various Medical emergencies..

On dated 26th April 2019 a Workplace Harassment Programme was conducted by Ms. Bhawana (Committee Presiding Officer) and Sh.V.K Tripathi to create awareness amongst the member of the committee and employees regarding the new revision in the policies and practices.
