    Ginataang Isda Recipe

    Prep time:5 min | Cook time:15 min | Total time: 20 min

    Ingredients:

    250g oTuna or Mackerel

    1 medium Eggplant

    1 medium Onion (chopped)

    2 cloves Garlic

    12 tsp !alt

    1 tsp "lack #epper

    12 cup $inegar

    200ml %oconut Milk

    &' cup ater

    Procedure:

    1 *eat a pan or +ok in medium ,re

    2 #our some cooking oil

    & !aute the garlic and onion

    ' -dd the ,sh and .lack pepper

    5 #ut the salt

    / #our the vinegar and avoid stirring or 2& minutes

    -dd some +ater and simmer or 1 minute

    3 -dd the eggplant and cook or 5 minutes

    4 #ut the coconut milk and cook or another 2& minutes

    RECIPE FOR PORK CHIILLIS in COCONUT MILK

    aka my version of Bicol Express

    serves 4

    Ingredients

    500g pork belly or pork shoulder, diced or cubed

    1 large onion, minced

    2- cloves garlic, minced

    250 g green finger chillis, cu! !hinly "diagonal#$ulienned%

    5-& red ho! chilli peppers " siling labuyo%, sliced

    2 cups fresh coconu! milk "or 1 can dilu!ed 'i!h enough 'a!er !o make 2 cups%

    sal! and pepper "yes ( s!ill use ground pepper in !his dish%fish sauce !o !as!e

    1 cup pure coconu! milk " kakang ga!a%

    olive oil for sau!)-ing

    Heres how:

    (n a saucepan or deep pan, hea! abou! a !easpoon of oil and sau!e garlic, onion, and pork,

    2 cups of fresh coconu! milk and le! i! come !o a boil add !he sliced chillies, s!ir, season

    Bring !o a boil again and lo'er !he hea! !o medium and le! i! simmer un!il mos! of !he

    Ingredients:

    1 kilo .ee .riskets7 cut into &' inch cu.es

    2 medium si:e potatoes7 ;uartered

    2 medium si:e carrots7 slice into sla.s (slanted cut)2 .ell peppers (red < green)7 diced

    1 cup coconut milk (or evaporated milk)

    & T.sp curr po+der

    12 cup hot +ater

    1 red onion7 chopped

    & cloves garlic7 minced

    1 12 cup +ater

    2 T.sp patis

    2 pcs siling la.uo or red chili peppers7 chopped& T.sp cooking oil

    salt and pepper to taste

    How to cook Beef Curry:

    =n a medium si:e +ok7 heat cooking oil and r potatoes and carrots

    until color turns light .ro+n >rain and set aside

    =n the same +ok7 saute garlic until ragrant -dd onion and saute

    until sot

    -dd in .ee .riskets and stir r until the color turns to .ro+n
