the major checkpoints that need

to be conquered. Join us as we

navigate the changes, the

excitement, and the inevitable

challenges that we will face in this

Where Are We Now?

CURRENT STRATEGYCURRENT STRATEGYCURRENT STRATEGYCURRENT STRATEGY –

Discovery Fortress

The Steering Committee and

certain campus representatives

will be meeting with the Dayforce

Implementation Team in the

coming weeks for a process called

“Discovery”. This important step

allows us to transfer our current

knowledge to them and enables

us to look for ways that the new

system can accommodate our

needs, automate manual

processes, and make our entire

system seamless and easy to use!

NEXT MOVENEXT MOVENEXT MOVENEXT MOVE –

Process Improvement Islands

The next extremely important

task is to look at ways to upgrade

our processes. A few of the

critical activities that we will be

researching and striving to

improve:

*Position requisitions

*Student Employment

*Tuition Remission Process

*Onboarding/Exiting Employees

*Special Payment Authorizations
