Getting Started With Taskstream Login and Orientation In order to log in to Taskstream: 1. Log in to SCHOLAR. 2. Navigate to the "Employees" tab and select the "Employee Resources" menu option (see Figure 1). 3. Click the "Open Taskstream" link. Once the Taskstream portal is launched, you will be at the main landing page (see Figure 2). From here, you can see if you have any messages, review the general announcements, and access any available Workspaces. Figure 1

Appendix:ElementsoftheYearlyAssessmentProcessNomatterwhichdepartmentyourepresent,yourversionoftheyearlyImprovementCycleisbasedonthesamefour-stepprocessthatinteractswithasetofStandingRequirements.StandingRequirementsTheStandingRequirementsencompassthestaticelementsfortheorganizationalareathatarenotexpectedtochangefromyeartoyear.Asneededandappropriate,elementsfromtheStandingRequirementscanbeimportedintothecomponentsoftherelevantyearlyImprovementCycle.MissionStatementEverydepartmentshouldhaveaMissionStatement,whichisincludedasaStandingRequirement.TheMissionStatementshouldsummarizethegoalsandintentsofthedepartment.OutcomesDependingonthetypeofdepartment,thisStandingRequirementmaybelabeledeither"LearningOutcomes"or"AdministrativeOutcomes."Regardless,itisherethatpersonnelcaninputanddescribetheoutcomesforthedepartment.Insteadofre-enteringoutcomeseveryyear,theOutcomessectionofStandingRequirementsfunctionsasasortof"outcomebank,"allowingpersonneltoimportselectedoutcomesintotheyearlyImprovementCycleasnecessary.OutcomesthatareenteredandmeanttobeutilizedforaspecificamountoftimecanbearchivedintheStandingRequirementsoncetheyarecompleted.Outcomesarethekeyvectorintyingtheimprovementactivitiesofvariousdepartmentsandprogramstotheinstitution-wideEducationalPrinciplesandStrategicThemes.Thefollowingisalist,sortedbydepartmenttype,ofrequirementsfortheconstructionofoutcomes:
