Before you get started I feel that I MUST warn you.
This workout was purposefully developed to be very simple (only 4 exercises), BUT DO NOT
let that trick you into thinking it is “easy”.

If you feel that you can performa 2nd and 3rd round, GO FOR IT!
There are 4 total exercises for you to perform.
Perform this 4 exercise set 2 timesYou will perform each exercise for 20 seconds.
You will rest 10 seconds between each exercise.You will perform a total of 8 exercises in 4 minutes.
That’s ONE “round.”
Perform each exercise as many times as possible within those 20 seconds.
TIP ONE:Focus on Form!
Good form beats more repetitions.
