oAssociation Representative will attend event and speak briefly about Association news

oGreeting Display/Table at meeting entry for products, materials, and/or giveaways.

NOTE: Member Sponsored Events are unique opportunities for HHAHBA member companies to host a networking event for HHAHBA members and promote their products and/or services. Host assumes all costs and liability with hosting the event. At least two planning meetings with HHAHBA staff, prior to the event are necessary for a successful event. The HHAHBA Programs Committee and/or HHAHBA Board of Directors reserves the right to withdraw HHAHBA’s endorsement should the host not uphold the responsibilities outlined in this agreement.
