beneficialtoindividualdevelopmentandteamsuccess.Teamswillbecompetingat

themostcompetitivetournamentspossibletoprovideforexposuretocollege

coachesandforindividualevaluationsofstrengthsandweaknesses.

Whilecompetingatlocaland/orregionalAAUsummertournaments,HHAteam

memberswillreceiveplayerdevelopmenttrainingintheirveryownpracticefacility

locatedinGretna,NE.Thistop-of-the-lineinstructioncombinedwithcompetitive

basketballtournamentswillensureprogressionintomaximizingeachplayer’s

potential.

development.WhatsetstheHHAprogramapartisthededicationto

makingeachindividualplayerbetterfornotonlytheHHAteam

programbuttoprovidethemwithskillsthatwilltranslatetoeachof

theirhighschoolprogramsandtomakeasuccessfultransitioninto

college.Iamexcitedtobeaddingyouthleagueteamstomyprogram

thisyear.Iamexcitedtoworktoyourplayertobringnotonlyahigh

levelofskillinstructiontohelpthemtobecomeconfident,creative

playersbutalsobringtheenthusiasmandpassionforthegametohelp

fostertheirownenthusiasmandloveforthegame.TheHHAoffensive

anddefensivesystemisconsistentthroughouttheentireorganization.

Playerswilllearnhowtoplayandwillbegiventheskillsnecessaryto

besuccessfulwithinthatsystem.Eachgradelevel/teamwillcontinue

toaddlayerstothesystemtohelpthemlearneachaspectofthegame.

Althoughwealwayswanttowineverygame,HHAismoreconcerned

abouttheprocessofdevelopingindividualplayerswithintheteam

conceptandtheresultswillfollow.Wewillgetmany“game

experiences”throughoutpracticebysimulatinggamesituationswithout

thefearoffailure.Playerswilllearnnewskillsandreinforceprevious

skillsbyourdetailedpractices.Itisn’tjustapractice,itisanexperience

atHHA.
