Businesses today are facing rapid, constant changes and increased

complexity. Meanwhile, many organizations are also struggling to attract

and keep employees with talent shortages reaching historic levels in

many countries.

The global challenge in acquiring talent requires companies to be

more strategic, knowing not only what qualities and skills to recruit

for but also how to recruit efficiently and effectively. Most TA leaders

are grappling with a plethora of new technologies while trying to keep

all their stakeholders (e.g., leadership, hiring managers, candidates,

recruiters, and vendors) happy. Many recruiters are struggling with a

high administrative burden and the inability to leverage analytics to gain

actionable insights.

Digital technologies are the solution for many of these issues. As

companies compete for talent, digital technologies can increase the

efficiency of recruitment processes, improve employment brand,

bolster recruitment marketing, improve candidate and hiring manager

experience, optimize sourcing, and enhance the quality of hire, all while

driving down costs and streamlining boring and repetitive tasks.

Enter the Digital Talent Acquisition Summit, the third annual digital TA

conference, where you’ll discover the role TA leaders should play in the

digital age while learning about new digital tools and technologies.

You’ll take away insights from North America’s leading talent acquisition

experts from multiple industries from both the private and public

sectors. And you’ll be able to learn from other TA leaders who are facing

the same challenges you do.

We look forward to welcoming you for three full days of engaging

content and high-level networking.
