Invitation to Exhibit or Sponsor

Help support the 113th Annual Meeting of the Cordilleran Section of the

Geological Society of America by becoming a sponsor or exhibitor.

Sponsorship brings the targeted advertising opportunities described in the

sponsorship entitlements below, and will directly help underwrite the cost of

this very special meeting. We expect a diverse attendance of well over

500 people, offering direct connections to both professionals and students

specifically interested in your organization.

Just steps from Waikīkī, the venue for this meeting is the beautiful Hawai‘i

Convention Center in Honolulu. Guest rooms with beach and mountain

views are in the nearby Ala Moana Hotel. Planned program highlights

include 34 Topical Sessions and Symposia, 6 Science and Education Workshops, and 13 Field Trips on the

islands of Hawai‘i, Maui, O‘ahu, and Kaua‘i. Special events, including student mentoring programs and

career workshops, will additionally offer numerous opportunities for networking.

Exhibition space is available on a first come first serve basis located in a heavy foot-traffic area of the

meeting, and has been designed to maximize your potential for face-to-face time with the attendees. Space

Exhibiting Opportunities

Exhibit space is limited, so make your reservation early to guarantee space. The deadline for reserving an ex-

hibit space is April 1, 2017. Exhibitors are asked to set up between 7AM and 5 PM on Monday, May 22nd and

be present during the 6 PM. Opening Welcome Reception. Exhibit tear down is on May 25th and all exhibitors

should be out of the Conference Center by 10:00 PM. Cost: $300 (for profit/vendor), $150 (not for profit/

academic).
