How To Download / Use Part I

• Go into the apple store or google play store and type in genius scan.

• There is a free version and a 6.99 version.

• Free version will convert pictures taken on the Ipad and convert them into JPEG Picture File or PDF File.

How To Download & Use Part II

• Use the camera logo to take a picture of what you want to scan.

• Use the square icon next to it to upload a picture already taken, and currently on your Ipad in a photo album.

How To Download & Use Part III

• Lay the object on a flat surface.

• Make sure the lights are on.

• By using the touch screen you can crop the picture by moving around the orange boarder.

How To Download & Use Part IV

• After your scan is complete, you can save the scan to your pictures or upload it to e-mail.

• Red Arrow = Save Feature

• Red / Blue Arrow = E-mail feature

How To Download & Use Part V

• Once you click the upload option, this export menu will appear.

• You can change the format from PDF to JPEG

• JPEG is a picture file, good to use if the person your e-mailing does not have adobe pdf reader.

• Resolution can be changed but its best to keep at actual (630KB)

• Once you hit e-mail, your scanned image will be uploaded.

How To Download & Use VII

• Last step… e-mail• Type in the address

and click send.• The End• On my website, in the

forms tab, I have class trip forms that I scanned with this app and they came out pretty good.
