Genesis Chapter 6

Genesis 6:1-2

1And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

The first few verses of this chapter contain some information that is among the most mysterious and troubling in all the OT.

Genesis 6:3

Nephilim = offspring of the “sons of God” and the “daughters of Men”

Usually translated as “Giants”

Comes from Greek “gigante” which means fallen, die, cast-down or earthborn

[just man] There are many just people in Scripture, but eight are specifically mentioned as being "just": 1. Noah (Genesis 6:9) 2. Joseph (Matthew 1:19) 3. Jesus (Matthew 27:19; Acts 22:14) 4. 14Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch. 15And this is the fashion which thou shalt make it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits.

UFO’s: Are they Real?

There is much that is uncorroborated, disinformation, and unreliable.

There is too much to ignore that is substantiated, involving multiple reliable witnesses.

They have been plotted on multiple radars simultaneously

Roswell IncidentJuly 4, 1947: Object landed near Roswell, New Mexico.

Sheriff George Wilcox contacted Roswell Army Air Field regarding a wreckage discovered on Mac Brazel’s ranch.

Army sealed off area; confiscated all items

July 8, 1947, Col. William Blanchard, commander, 509th Bomb Group, issued an official press release stating that the wreckage of a “crashed disk” had been recovered.

Published in 30 newspapers that afternoon

Within hours a second press release, rescinding the first one, was issued from the office of Brigadier General Roger Ramey, Commander, Eighth Air force, at Fort Worth Army Air field in Texas (400 miles away).

- Claimed that Col. Blanchard and the officers of the 509th Bomb Group at Roswell had made an unbelievably foolish mistake;

- Somehow incorrectly identified “a weather balloon and its radar reflector” as the wreckage of a “crashed disk.”

The absurdity of this hastily contrived cover story has simply fueled 50 years of conjectures and numerous anecdotal testimonies of those peripherally involved.

- Stories suggest 4 alien occupants, 3 dead, and one still alive, etc.

There seems to be a growing concern within the psychiatric community from the strange (and far too frequent) reports from people who claim to have been "abducted" by the occupants of UFOs.
