    Following on from the success ofearlier events and this years two-dayProject:Digital Disruptionconference, AUT University,

    the US Embassy and SMNZ arepartnering again to deliver theProjectevent series.

    ThroughProjectConnect,a newquarterly networking event seriesand the annualProject 15conference,

    theProject event series will providea platform for diverse people andnetworks to converge, collaborate andcatalyse something new and different.

    In 2015 theProjectwill focus ontaking New Zealand innovation global.Over two days, 16 - 17 April, at theflagship Project 15 conference, more

    than a dozen international and localpresenters will come together to sharetheir knowledge and expertise around

    how New Zealand Inc can continue todevelop and export diverse and unique

    products and services to global markets.

    Its been 10 years since the Facebookphenomenon and only a few years sinceYouTube was purchased by Google for$1B. Much has changed over that timeand that pace of change continues toaccelerate. Technology has reshaped thelook and form of 21st century business.

    What will the business landscapelook like in two, three, five years and

    what do you need to do now to preparefor this uncertain future? The riseof SMAC-smart companies (Social,Mobile, Analytics (Big Data) and Cloud)is changing the way businesses andconsumers use software applications. Theco-creation economy is shifting how we

    purchase versus share goods and services.And, The Internet of Things (IOT) willchange how we manage everything.

    TheProject event series will delve intothe near future of all these trends. Howwill they continue to shift? How will they

    evolve and change? And what will we seecoming our way over the next few years asnew technologies, new business modelsand new market strategies emerge?

    Series Format

    Equal parts inspiration andenlightenment, theProject eventseries provides valuable insights

    that will help New Zealandcompanies take their ideas to

    the world.

    Attendees will hear from, connectand network with world-classinternational and local speakers.

    They will meet future businesspartners, collaborators andco-conspirators and be exposed

    to ideas that will re-invent theirapproach to everything.

    PROJECT CONNECT QUARTERLY EVENTS

    In December 2014 we will launch theProject Connectquarterly event seriesin Auckland and Wellington. Thesequarterly presentation and networkingfunctions will focus on different aspectsof the theme forProjectplus provide

    the opportunity for the greaterProjectcommunity to come together. Theseevents will foster dialogue forward and

    build theProjectcommunity in thelead up to mid-Aprils annual thought-leadership conference.

    PROJECT 15 ANNUAL CONFERENCE

    TheProject 15annual conference willtake place 15 -17 April 2015.

    On Wednesday, 15 April,Project 15willbegin with a speakers-meet-sponsorshalf-day welcome function. This willinclude short presentations and aroundtable followed by a VIP receptionfor all attendees plus invited guests.

    Additionally, in the evening, key sponsor

    contacts and all speakers will be invitedto a get-to-know each-other-betterhosted welcome dinner.

    On Thursday, 16 April,Project 15willdeliver a one-day thought leadershipconference event focusing on takingNew Zealand innovation global. Past

    themes have included social media,the rise of the mobile, internet anddigital disruption.Project 15speakers

    will focus on the issues and challengesentrepreneurs, companies andindustries face as well as key successfactors and lessons learned. At theconclusion of the programme, attendees

    will gather in the main forum area ofthe Sir Paul Reeves Building for theConnecting the Dots networkingfunction. Over canaps and fine NewZealand wine and beer, conference

    attendees will discuss the highlightsof the day and make more connections

    than a super-sized Lego set.

    On Friday, 17 April, selected presenterswill deliver a series of workshops andseminars where attendees can delvemore deeply and interactively intospecific areas of interest plus have moredialogue time withProject 15presenters.

    This years unique structure will allowfor more interaction with presentersas well as opportunity to delve deeperinto specific action plans and nextsteps. By bringing together innovators,entrepreneurs and world-class minds

    from the Pacific Rim and further afield,our goal is to create new synergies,initiate new strategies and fashion greatnew ideas into practical plans that will

    benefit New Zealand.

    With its impressive 12-storey towerand glass-roofed atrium, the Sir PaulReeves Building is right at the heart

    the AUT city campus, connecting thesurrounding buildings, including theBusiness School, by way of GovernorFitzroy Plaza. This building is rich withstudent-centred learning and socialspaces and houses the most advancedcommunications school in the country.

    worldwide on Day Two.
