1. How can I Enroll in the program?
You may enrol directly into the program by visi�ng our website:h�ps://www.levelupias.com
Or you may enrol through the physical process by visi�ng the ins�tute Monday to Sunday
between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. For any other assistance, you may call the admin (Office) at
+918826486658 or the test series coordinator at +918279812272.
2. What is the fee of the program? Can I pay in instalments?
The fees for each program have been given on the website. In detail, the fees are as follows:
Samridhi: ₹ 12500 + GST
Sangharsh: ₹ 8500 + GST
Sankalp: ₹ 8500 + GST
Provision of instalments is a subjec�ve decision that the ins�tute will take on a case to case
basis.
3. When can I write the tests?
You may write the test any�me you want in between your enrollment date and commence
of the Mains Examina�on 2021.
You may take the test booklet and write it at your convenience and submit it to the office or
enquire about the test series slot �ming to write it at the centre.
4. Can I write only on the dates given?
No, you may write the tests on any given day (can’t pre-pone the exams, but any day a�er
its scheduled date). The exam dates are planned and fixed as the subject load to be asked in
that test. Following the schedule will benefit all students as it will ensure disciplined and
�mely comple�on of the syllabus.
5. When can I expect the evaluated copy?
You will be provided with the evaluated copies within 7 days of you submi�ng them.

6. Is it mandatory to write the test as per the exam schedule?
No, it is not mandatory for students to write the exam as per the schedule. They may
a�empt them at their convenience. However, it is expected that they should follow the
planned schedule to complete and revise the full syllabus mul�ple �mes.
7. How can I fix a slot for mentoring?
You can fix a slot for mentoring by booking an appointment through the Test series
coordinator. All teachers are in constant communica�on with the students.
8. Is mentoring necessary? What if I don’t take it?
Yes, mentoring is an essen�al part of the daily growth of any prepara�on cycle and so for
the test series as well. What you write, how much you have improved, your subjec�ve issue
and concern, and the areas where you can excel more are a few things that are part of
mentoring sessions. Moreover, the Mentor, who has seen UPSC from close quarters, will aid
in your prepara�on by being the “shock absorber system”.
If you don’t take it, you can s�ll go ahead; the only thing would be the �me-consuming
process. Guidance and handholding are two essen�al a�ributes of learning.
9. Whom do I call for anything related to the test series?
You can call the test series coordinator at +91-8279812272 for any issues related to the test

also on telegram and dedicated WhatsApp group.
10. Can I come to the centre to write the exams?
Yes, you may come to the ins�tute to write your exams. A dedicated T est room has been
provided with �me windows to simulate the UPSC Exam.
11. Can I write at home and submit the answers at the centre?
Yes, you may write the papers at home and submit them to the centre. We will evaluate
and get them to you.
12. How can I contact the respec�ve teacher for clearing my doubts?
All teachers are student-friendly and are reachable on their respec�ve phone numbers. We
will share the number of the respec�ve faculty for your convenience. The test Coordinator
is another route through which you may reach the dedicated faculty.
13. When am I expected to get the discussion videos?
You will get the discussion videos as soon as you write the exam. We will also provide you
with the Model answers so that you learn more and more and your prepara�on progresses
uninterrupted.
14. Can I get all the discussion videos/ Question and Answer sheets at once?
Yes, you can get the ques�on paper and model answers at once. It’s advisable to a�end to
the discussion only a�er you are done wri�ng the exam.
