Meanwhile, we offer the bottle shape design and label design for customer for free. Chapter Four Payment Term/Package/Transportation 1. Payment Term: 40% T/T deposit, 60%T/T balance pay before shipment. 2. Price Term: FOB Guangzhou, buyer pay ocean shipping fee 3. Delivery time: 60 working days after receipt of deposit, buyer should supply data of the plant. 4. Packing: standard export wooden case, packing material not recyclable; wrapping plastic, not recyclable. Chapter Five Acceptance Standard 1. Seller provides all the product and components as per the contract’s quantity, brand, type. 2. Seller provides the product reach the agreed capacity and technical parameter. 3. Seller tests and runs the machines before delivery, and, the buyer can arrange the staff come to our factory for acceptance. 4. After installation and debugging the machine, both parties confirm the equipment are qualified, the acceptance finish. 5. Buyer should promise the installation place meet the requirement and provide the staff support the installation. Chapter Six Installation, Debugging, Training 1. If the seller arranges two experienced technicians assist the installation, debugging and staff training on buyer site, buyer should be responsible for technician’s round air tickets, visa, food, accommodation and safety, and buyer pay USD75 per day per technician as salary. 2. The seller should take full responsibility of our technicians safety from air port pick up and period stay in buyer country until finish project and send back to airport. 3. The buyer can arrange two staff come to our factory for training of installation, operation and debugging, supplier in charge of meals and accommodation in 7 days. 4. Plan: installation day 15 days, debugging day 15 days, training day 15 days.

Seller provides machine’s operation manual and relative technical documents. 7. On-site installation material is provided by buyer. 8. technicians salary should be paid before on-site installation, the actual amount will be over charged or refund. 9. If buyer not arrange our technicians for installation after 75 days of the shipment of the goods, or due to the electricity, water, plant, personnel etc. factor delayed the installation for 30 days, buyer should pay the 10% of the order balance, otherwise, seller has the right not to supply technical support or ask for compensation. Remark: Buyer should arrange technicians with electricity and mechanical experience to help and coordinate the installation, debugging and training. Chapter Seven Quality Assurance and After-sales Service 1 The equipment enjoys 12 months’ quality warranty since installation on the buyer site, or the warranty time is not more than 15 months since the equipment delivery from seller factory. 2 If the equipment failed to work within warranty time, seller provides the replace component and afford transport fee. 3 Seller can arrange the technician to buyer site to repair the equipment after negotiation with both parties if necessary. 4 The seller provides long-term after-sale service, free technical advice and training services and spare parts service, supplier will reply the buyer within 24 hours after receiving the information. 5 If buyer needs to extend the warranty time, buyer can negotiate with seller.
