Defenses arenormal adjustive reactions, unless they are used to such an extremedegree that they interfere with the maintenance of self-integrity instead ofbeing an aid. Defense mechanisms, necessary as they are, may havecertain drawbacks. They may involve a high degree of self-deception anddistortion of reality. If used too frequently, they are adjustive without beingadaptive. They are used for temporary anxiety reduction, but the persondoes not realistically cope with the problem. COMMENTS:

    Dear Topchen,

Topchen you appear less emotional than you are because your head rules your heart.

Considered judgment precedes most of your actions. You do not rush into action. Your

emotions and impulses are under firm control of the mind. Your emotions have little or

no part in his decisions. You function well in emergencies, acting calmly and efficiently,

and postponing your emotional reaction until you have no longer any need to be in

control. You have a natural poise, or equability, that seldom deserts you even in

    moments of great stress.

Emotional experiences stay with you for a fair time so the past may affect present

behavior temporarily. You forget slights eventually and are not one to harbor a grudge

indefinitely. Your feelings are moderate in intensity, and in time the memory of an

experience fades. In the meantime, you have found something new to worry about. Youhold on to feelings appropriately, but does not absorb them or become biased by them.

You feel intense joy or sorrow at the moment, but the impact eventually fades, as time

has a way of healing old wounds.

Topchen you brood over the past issues, your very nature of retaining some experiences

leave a lingering impression, others you soon forget or become concerned with other

matters. In this manner, you reduce an inclination to brood. Brooding over the past

issues can be eliminated significantly by practicing [R1, R2, and C1] **.

Topchen, you are mentally astute. You have a keen mind and quick perception. Graspingfacts instantly, you immediately understand the nature of things and situations. Withgreat speed, your mind goes straight from point A to point Z, from problem to solution, without needing to plod through the normal steps in between.

Usually, your assessments are instantaneous. You acquire knowledge quickly andassimilate it with what you know in order to put it to immediate and profitable use.Labored explanations are not necessary for you; you get the point very quickly andfrequently grasp the whole argument before the speaker has finished the preamble. Butalthough you move quickly from one topic to another, it is not in a superficial way.

Able to thinkon your feet, you often can outthink others and conclude, almost beforethe facts are in. You sum up situations swiftly and seem to have the answers before thequestions are asked. Lengthy explanations make you nervous and you get irritated withpeople who take longer to process their thoughts or for whom you have to repeatinformation. You may try to second-guess or hurry them along. Because of your desireto get to the next item, you often interrupt slower people. One of your pet phrases maybe, Get to the point. Being such a fast thinker yourself, you may need to slow downwhen trying to get an idea across to a more methodical thinker. Otherwise, your rapidway of thinking may be the cause of misunderstandings. Since you yourself catch oninstantly, you feel anyone else should automatically grasp the meaning of your

communications from almost the first word. When others dont, you become impatientor you tunethem out.The problem you encounter is not with others, but in your ownthinking. When you want to communicate effectively, you have to talk according to thethinking pattern of the other person involved.

A fast learner, you do not necessarily trouble to remember information because it can

always be rapidly relearned. You function to advantage where time is at a premium or

where fast decisions are needed. You would do well in emergency surgery, transportation, fire fighting or communication. Fast paced work gives you the feeling ofbeing in the right place.

Baskaran, you are lucky to have been designed to process the information in such arapid manner, if you could make the best use of it by planning your actions well beforeexecuting them, you will have success easily. [R12 and C8] **will support you, to copeup with the conflicting situations, increase self-discipline, self-control and also enhancesyour emotional control thus making you more organized and planned in everything youdo, It will also help you manage your time effectively.

You are able to concentrate on a task for extended periods of time and able to directyour concentration on a problem without effort. Nothing pleases you more than to betucked away in an office grappling with a difficult problem that requires prolongedconcentration.

You prefer time alone when figuring out work-related problems or processinginformation and also prefers work not directly related to others. Concentration isdifficult to achieve for most people, but for you it comes naturally. Your methodicalapproach helps you to stay focused and on track.

You sit on the fence, so to speak, leaving every option open. Your indecisiveness delaysyour action and has become a negative influence on your thinking. You are afraid offinalizing matters. Decisions that could be made speedily with a minimum amount ofinformation are being delayed pending the development of more and more data, most ofwhich frequently reconfirms what you already know, which also increase your anxiety.

Fear of making the wrong choice may cause you to miss out on some good opportunities.Your indecisiveness indicates a fear of thinking or acting on your own. You are unable torely on your own resources and skills; you depend upon others for advice and the finalsay. In total, your indecisiveness is making you experience extreme anxiety.

Topchen you close your mind to opinions and ideas of others, thus limiting yourunderstanding of a situation or event. Excluding what do not conform to your own

ideals and lifestyle, you allow only ideas or information similar to your own to reach andaffect you. Most importantly, you close your mind to ideas that might be emotionallydisturbing.

Further, you are the type of person who does not readily seek outside advice. Youdisregard ideas originating from another person, and you react to outside suggestionswith covert or outright rejection. Feeling secure with the familiar, you fail to realize thatothers ideas or suggestions might prove better. Restricting the room you have for new

While you may know a little about a great many things, you lack the power toconcentrate long and deeply on any single topic. Apt to generalize, you skip overimportant considerations. Frequently, you suffer from lack of forethought and rush infor the result before understanding the nature of a difficulty. Skimming across thesurface of problems, you usually offer panaceas but seldom any real solutions.

Unwilling to commit yourself, you prefer compromise to a clear decision. You areinclined to adapt yourself rather than face an argument. Following the line of leastresistance, you tend to avoid responsibilities along the way.

Your attitude changes according to circumstances and you are always ready to adopt anew perspective if it seems more expedient to do so. You avoid taking a stand and as youchange your companions, you are also likely to change your views.

Topchen, for you everything is open to change. Even with such basic things asappointments you will avoid being pinned down to an exact time.

Skirting adroitly around controversial points, you avoid conflict by being sociallyadaptable. You avoid letting yourself be pinned down and usually makes sure to leaveyourself a way out. Basically, you do not know what to choose and therefore refuse totake a stand.

You can do a good job at your work as long as you are doing what you know best, or havehad successful experience with in the past. If you encounter a situation new to yourexperience, you may find it difficult to handle it. This may cause you to becomediscouraged with your abilities and thus act to reinforce lack of confidence. You areconfident enough to plan ahead for a reasonable period of time.

You do not want to risk criticism, as your self-confidence is too low to accept it withouttension. You feel uncomfortable on occasion. Nevertheless, you move forward step bystep toward your goal. You have made action and accomplishment a habit.

Topchen you want to feel good about yourself but can and will act independently onoccasion. You do not totally disregard social expectations but is able to get along withoutof social approval. You need a job where an organization gives support but also valuesindependent action. You only act according to societysstandards if it seems appropriatefor you to do so.

You are an independent individual who depends on yourself to form you opinion. Youthink and act according to your own belief and are your own authority. Your own ideacarries more weight with you than the views of others or the tenets of the group. Youlove independence and are a strong defender of free thought and expression.

Your independence and freedom mean more to you than others may realize, and you donot take kindly to people who try to tell you how to do things. You act according to yourconclusions and without considering the notions of others. You do not want to be tieddown by their views or limited by their beliefs. You long to be free and unbound byconcepts or surroundings. Foremost, you hate taking orders from anybody. You want tofeel that what you are doing is the result of your own free will and you are doing it

because you want to do it. You will not stand for being told what to do or believe in. Youregard your independence as inviolable and react angrily if someone tries to curtail it.You not only believe in freedom of thought, you practice it in constructive ways. Youappreciate the freedom to go where you want and to say what you like and you worrylittle whether others approve of your attitude or not. Your desire for approval is satisfiedfrom within when you meet your own standards. You strive to think well of yourself as

the approval you seek comes from within rather than from others.

No doubt, your trait of independence can cause stress in relationships. Since societyseems to prefer conformity, you may find getting along with others difficult. Rejectionby the group to a greater or lesser extent is often a consequence of strict adherence toindependent thinking.

Being so independent yourself, you most likely will not infringe on other peoples space. You respect their desire for freedom and independence.

As an employee you need to be given explicit directions and needs to be held to them.

Even then you will probably try to do things yourway. Given a job to do you aredisinclined to listen others instructions. Instead you rely on your own instinctivefeelings to tell you what to do. You may even reverse orders and follow your own beliefs. You do what is desirable and realistic from your own point of view. From time to time, you will deliberately try a different way of doing things rather than use tried and trustedprocedure.

You dislike getting involved with someone from whom you might have to take orders.Likewise, you find it difficult to follow regulations that do not make sense in the light ofyour own views. You have your own system and approach to your work, and you areusually indifferent to criticism. This does not mean that you are defiant. You simply feels

that you are right and that your manner of doing things is the correct way.

Most of the time, you are too independent to be tied down to hard and fast rules. Forthat reason, you would be best suited to self-employment or work allowing you to makeyour own decisions. Independent thinking would be useful in fields such as exploring, missionary work, developing new techniques in industry, medicine or business. Youwould function well as equipment operators, entertainer or in a hazardous duty job.

Topchen, you could be either an immense asset to an employer or a grave liabilitydepending on how well your own incentive meshes with the needs of the job. Too, youmay unwittingly lead colleagues into an appreciation of the methods and conclusionsarising from your independent approach.

You want to reach your goals and accomplish your task by yourself or with as littleoutside help as possible. You are prepared to meet life on an independent basis ineverything you do. Able to stand on own two feet, you are determined to do what youcan yourself, in preference to seeking someone to do it for you. Abhorring dependenceon others, you do not lean on others and you do not expect them to solve yourdifficulties. A do-it-yourself type, you do not trust other to do the job as well.

Depending on your own power of judgment and your own abilities, you have animmediate, definite feeling as to how a particular task should be done. Presented with ajob, you like to know what is expected of you and then be left alone to carry out thework. You know instinctively how to handle it relying on your own competence.

You will handle a task without returning time and time again for directions on each little

step and you rarely find it necessary to ask assistance. In fact, you may regard offers ofhelp as interference. Once you take on a project, you finish it in your own way. Asemployee, you should be put in a position where you have the freedom to make yourown decisions, answerable, if possible, only to the boss.

You may go into business for yourself just so you can make your own choices and havethings your own way. You will labor without help or encouragement until you carry outyour plan. Your strength comes from inside and you can always find a way of going italone when you must. If you cannot do something yourself, you will not ask anotherperson to do it. When stressed you are more apt to try to cope on your own, sometimesnot even discussing problems with those impacted by them.

Self-reliance will support you when you must function independently under adversecircumstances. But the price you pay for self-sufficiency is that you are alone a good dealof the time. Others may find you so thoroughly capable of doing what you want toaccomplish without any help that they think you neither wants nor needs them. Self-reliance is a natural aid in the healing arts.

Mr. Bhutia, you are courageous and strongly motivated to achieve success. Youraspirations are expansive and you set high standards in your desire for self-improvement. Progressive in setting your goals, you are willing to challenge yourself tosurpass the level where you presently are. You want to achieve something that will bring

you prestige or prove you to be outstanding in some way. Able to rise to a challenge, youwill accept a fair degree of risk if the goal is worth aiming for. But while you aim highyou do not overreach. Your goals are challenging but realistic.

Not afraid to step out of your comfort zone, you know your abilities and place yourstandards high. Because you are not afraid, you are more likely to create youropportunity as soon as you know what you want. You are programmed towardaccomplishment and stays away from mental considerations that suggest defeat. Aboveall, you are not afraid to try. If you fail, you usually have learned something from theexperience, which helps you, do better next time. Possible failure or embarrassments donot devastate you; you worry mostly about probabilities, not possibilities.

You are oriented toward growth and do not allow yourself to be diverted from your realgoals by the desire for immediate gratification. Your main emphasis is on thedevelopment of those skills from which you, yourself, gains the greatest satisfaction. The result is twofold: (1) You achieve most of the time and (2) You become morepositive in your outlook and your attitude as you approach the next goal.

You display an ardent interest in your purposes and goals. You plunge into projects withenthusiasm. With your eagerness and zeal you are able to inspire others. Directing yourmental energies toward the fulfillment of your aspirations, enthusiasm helps to carry

you along. Enthusiasm adds pleasure to your work and cheerful anticipation tends togrow the closer you approach your goals.

Your outlook is eager and optimistic. Feeling halfway about something is impossible foryou. Giving all of yourself to the burning enthusiasm of the moment, you get caught upin whatever causes you are promoting at the time.

Your enthusiasm not only makes your tasks more enjoyable but also creates interest inothers and assures their support. You make them believers in your cause. Others seemto catch your excitement and want to join in.

With enthusiasm very high, you are ready to jump on any new bandwagon that comesalong. Constantly excited about too many things, your enthusiasm practically lifts youoff the ground.

Pouring out vast amounts of energy in great spurts of excitement, you actually achievevery little. Lacking a sense of reality, you are apt to waste mental energy. You detract it

from other areas where it should be applied more productively.

You are constantly excited about too many things. You are always planning new projectsand frequently get carried away by your own enthusiasm. But you lack mental disciplineand your ideas usually back up on you. You fritter away your intellectual energy insuperficial activities and tend to have too many unresolved projects and plans.

You are able to complete normal workloads easily but should not be asked for extraeffort more than occasionally. Adequate sleep is essential to maintain energy reserves.Bodily fitness is only a minor part of your life. You can accept work challenges wheresuccess is only probable and not certain. Your stamina may not be strong enough to

handle the sustained stress which accompanies a position which is challenging. [R7, R8

and C4] **will release harmonious tension, stress and foster the immunity system.

Physically, you do not have the desire to be extremely active, but now and then youprobably like to relax by pursuing some activity which gets you out in the open whereyou can flex your muscles.

You have the great ability to see projects and ideas through to the end no matter howlong it takes. You strive toward the accomplishment of your tasks, whether they areassigned or self-appointed. Signature Analysis

    Dear Topchen,

Below are the findings and interpretations of your signature made by the principles ofgraphology, signature analysis.

Topchen you have healthy personality integration. Your behavior in your private andpublic life is the same. You behave naturally and unpretentiously with everyone. Foryou, your private and public life are of equal importance, and neither is sacrificed for theother.

You seek and enjoy the importance and recognition of public life. You are conscious ofrank, title and position. You appreciate social formalities. You want to overshadow otherpeople and impress the public with your significance.

Your confirmation of identity comes from the approval of others who see and recognizeyour performance and make favorable comments about it. Likewise, you can lose selfpossession quickly with direct criticism or put-downs.

You are impulsive in your reactions and easily lose control of yourself. Others tend tomisjudge you because of your impetuous responses. They assume that you really meanwhat you so rashly say and do. Because you act strictly on impulse, you may beunreliable in situations where goals and deadlines are to be met.

You are a loner and unwilling or unable to establish contact with others. You need a

    private comfort zone.

I wish you much successes, happiness, peace, joy and prosperity in your life. All theBest!!!

These are the findings and interpretations made by the application of the principles of graphology, made without bias and without

prejudice and without liability to the analyst. Opinions based on facsimile copies are qualified and subject to verification by theexamination of the original writing.

Signatures are much like the covers of books. They project how writers want others to see them. Usually, they are meant toattract attention. What is actually inside the covers of the book, or what is inside the personality of the writer, may be quite

different from what is outwardly projected. A signature may stand for the writerstrue personality or it may be a faade revealinglittle of the writersgenuine character; it may camouflage negative attributes, or present something that in reality is not there.Since the signature represents only one part of the person, possible errors can occur when it is being analyzed without additionaltext for comparison. If only a signature is being scrutinized, analysts should always inform the writer of the limitations ofexamining signatures without accompanying text
