RIVERPARK TOWER
DevelopmentsFrankfurt am Main
The RIVERPARK Tower is a new landmark project on the
banks of the Main River in Frankfurt. The tower, which has
been used commercially for decades, will be redesigned
and completely renovated as a residential tower over the
next few years. In the world of architecture, the name Ole
Scheeren stands for innovation, positive, future-oriented
thinking, courage and visionary structures that are redo-
lent of visual power. The RIVERPARK Tower, the first project
in Germany for the Karlsruhe-born architectural visionary,
was designed with the same concepts and bold approach.
Outstanding accessibility is guaranteed thanks to its first-class
location directly on the River Main. The city center and main station
are within walking distance and the journey time to the airport is
only a few minutes. The RIVERPARK Tower boasts 360° views of the
famous Frankfurt Skyline, the River Main and the airport and the
Taunus mountains beckon in the distance. The RIVERPARK Suites,
planned by the renowned general planning architectural office Jo.
Franzke, round off the ensemble in the immediate vicinity with an
urban mix of high-quality condominium apartments and subsi-
dized living space. The project also impresses with special features
such as a Mobility Lobby, a RIVERPARK Garden and the largest
Vertical Garden in Germany at the time of writing.
