The idea for Gold Coast Golf Experiences came together in 2014, when local teaching pro-fessionals Adrian Lawson and Dale Walsh looked to create a golf experience previously un-available in the market. Both players have spent the majority of the past fifteen years playing and teaching all over the world, and each has developed a unique perspective on the game of golf.

The concept of Gold Coast Golf Experience is to provide amateur golf enthusiasts with the opportunity to improve their game while playing a round of golf alongside a professional. Our experience at Gold Coast Golf Experiences provides the highest standards in venue selection by working closely with luxury resorts and exclusive private golf clubs. Adrian and Dale , along with their network of professional golfers, are able to provide an unique golf experience to you and your guests.

THE GOLD COAST

The Gold Coast could be well renamed the Golf Coast. With more than 30 courses located within a 20km radius, there are no fewer than 11 International standard golfing resorts ready to extend a friendly welcome.

Golf is featured on an exciting major events calendar includ-ing the world’s top female professionals contest, the Gold Coast RACV Volvik Australian Ladies Masters in February. Of course, the Gold Coast is also proud to again be home of the Australian PGA Championship in December.

DALE WALSHPGA TEACHING PROFESSIONALDale Walsh has been a leading Teaching Professional for over 15 years and has played and taught all over the world. Dale was the Head Teaching Professional at Palm Meadows, Colonial, The Australian Advanced Academy of Golf and Golf Central at Brisbane Airport. His teaching methods bring proven results.

ADRIAN LAWSONPGA TEACHING PROFESSIONALAdrian Lawson is the Senior Teaching Professional at Australian Golf Schools. He has played and taught all over the world before returning to Australia to take up a position at AGS. Adrian is an experienced host who provides both golf tuition and event services for all tour guests.

JOSH SMITHPGA TEACHING PROFESSIONALJosh has spent many years competing on tours both in Australia and Overseas. He now resides on the Gold Coast and is one of the most popular coaches at the Emerald Lakes Golf Coaching Centre. His easy going style plus ability to still compete makes Josh the ideal person to play 18 holes with.

CHARLIE Le CHEVALLIERPGA TEACHING PROFESSIONALA flamboyant local Teaching Professional, Charles was born in El Salvador and started playing golf when he was nine years old. Charlie moved to Europe to play where he based himself in Italy, while he played the European Tour for 12 years. He is funny, happy, dedicated, caring and extremely personable.

HOPE ISLANDHOPE ISLAND is a renowned resort course, since opening its doors in 1993 the club has been consistently ranked in Australia’s top ten resort courses. Set in a 360 ha residential resort community, the par 72 course measure approximately 6,500 metres off the championship tees. Designed by five times British Open winner Peter Thomson and design partner Mike Wolveridge following the natural contours of the land. Careful strategic thinking must be employed around the natural and man-made hazards and 128 challenging pot style bunkers.

ROYAL PINES RESORTROYAL PINES RESORT is a 27 hole composite golf course and state-of-the-art driving range, RACV Royal Pines Resort offers the best in world-class golfing for both the amateur and serious golfer. The Eastern 18 holes was originally designed by Tomojiro Maruyama, a Japanese golf course architect with the new 9 hole course on the western side of the Resort designed by Graham Marsh opened in 2004. The course is ranked in the top 60 public courses in Australia. It is proud home to the RACV Australian Ladies Masters on the Gold Coast

SANCTUARY COVESANCTUARY COVE, THE PALMS has recently returned more challenging and magnificent than ever. Strategic plays are what will win you the game, with the course surrounded by bunkers and lakes. The new course bears little resem-blance to its old self with a lot of variety to keep it interesting and great fun to play. There are many standout holes on the newly designed Palms, in particular the 17th and 18th are spectacular finishing holes, leaving golfers with a lasting impression of one of Australia’s finest courses. Little wonder designer Ross Wat-son believes The Palms will become one of the top 100 courses in Australia.

THE GLADESTHE GLADES GOLF CLUB boasts the reputation as one of Australia’s most pres-tigious resort golf courses.
