Good Jobs and Wellbeing

The best prospects for quality job creation are small to medium-

sized enterprises.

They are generally led by people who are self-employed by

choice, rather than out of necessity.

Each time they succeed by getting more customers and more

revenue, these entrepreneurs hire more people.

Leaders who create policies that help these opportunity-driven

entrepreneurs to thrive and create new jobs will increase the

amount of people in their cities, states, and countries who are

employed by an employer.

These types of jobs lead to higher wellbeing and a more

productive society.
