[Introduction]- It is true that when it comes to noise, some people have different views about whether or not stern controls about noise should be established. While some people believe that they are free to make noise regardless of considering other's life, I believe that noise should be controlled by the policy of the governments.

[Conclusion]- In conclusion, I fully support the view that creating noise should be controlled by strict measures of governments.

Free to make noise:

- It’s their basic human rights of being happy; their personal privacy, their social freedom.- Making noise is a part of our life (noise pollutions from household appliances to a construction

site; noise from cultural and social events;…).

- Making a noise is their own business.- The development of anti-noise technology (noise-proof wall,…).

Noise should be controlled:

- It can cause stress as well as inflicting some medical conditions such as sleepless nights and headaches. Children will not be holistic development.

- working and studying productivity are impacted seriously because noise.- Annoying to other people in public places( hospital; cinema; museum;..)
