FUTURE STARS’ GRAND PREMIERE Tuesday, June 4, 2019
Partnership Plan
Abby Walsh, violin – 2018 Edition
Play A Key RoleOver the past eight years, the Future Stars’ Grand Premiere has allowed the Fondation de la Place des Arts to support Place des Arts’ Access-to-the-Performing-Arts Program and its numerous activities that reach some 150,000 participants every year.
Now more than ever, equitable access to the arts is of great concern to the Fondation and to Place des Arts. As we want to reach out to a wider audience; this year, the Access-to-the-Performing-Arts Program’s cultural offerings and arts awareness workshops are being adapted for clienteles with specific needs.
The trust of our partners and donors is essential to our ongoing efforts. It is thanks to you that we have been able to support the creation of this new Adaptive Arts component for people living with psychological issues, physical limitations, and/or social exclusion, while continuing our many activities for families, young people and their teachers, artists, and cultural communities.
We invite you to take a look at the various ways you can participate in the ninth edition and join us as a partner in this unique event. We fervently hope to be able to count on your support. An unforgettable evening awaits you and your guests, in Théâtre Maisonneuve at Place des Arts, on Tuesday, June 4.
We look forward to seeing you!

Access to the arts is the core component of the Fondation’s mission, which is why, each year, close to 400 teenagers and newcomers to Montreal are invited to attend the performance portion of the Future Stars’ Grand Premiere free of charge. To that end, Community tickets are offered to schools and community organizations in less privileged areas. Thanks to the generosity of our partners and donors, many of these guests get to experience their first show in a major performance venue in Quebec.
