Who are we?Lifestyle Arts and Crafts is a family-run wholesale business.We import a diverse range of Fair Trade furniture and ethnic craft products, which we supply to retail outlets and garden centres throughout the UK. Our unique offerings are all hand-produced by indigenous craftspeople from a variety of inspiring locations around the world.

Committed to fair tradeOur suppliers are highly skilled, and many of the families we work with pass on their traditional expertise from generation to generation. Our policy is to bypass the middleman and pay the communities producing the work direct. This ensures craftspeople receive a fair price, and the money we pay is channelled directly into local economies.

1. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated

2. Legal title of the goods remains with the seller until all outstanding’s due to the sellers account have been paid in full

3. Lifestyle Arts and Crafts Ltd must be notified of any shortages or breakages within 3 working days of receipt of goods

4. All Lifestyle Arts and Crafts Ltd products are handmade. Consequently designs and colours will vary slightly from any photos used

5. Payment is proforma on all new accounts. Credit facilities are by arrangement only. Lifestyle Arts and Crafts Ltd reserves the right to charge 5% interest per calendar month on all over due accounts

6. Lifestyle Arts and Crafts Ltd will make every effort to meet agreed delivery times but shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to any cause beyond its control

7. Lifestyle Arts and Crafts Ltd reserves the right to alter prices without prior notification although every effort will be made to supply goods at prices agreed at the time of ordering

8. Lifestyle Arts and Crafts Ltd is under no obligation to accept the return of any product ordered and delivered in accordance with our full terms and conditions of trading. A 10% administrative fee is chargeable on any such returns

9. Minimum order value is £100 excluding VAT and any delivery charges

10. Orders less than £300 excluding VAT will be charged at £15.00 plus VAT per order or delivery address. Orders for furniture and fragile items of less than £650 excluding VAT will be charged at £45 plus VAT per order or delivery address. For delivery outside mainland UK delivery charges will be agreed with the buyer before dispatch

11. Our FULL terms and conditions of sale take precedence over these brief terms and conditions at all times

12. Governing law shall be in accordance with the law of England and Wales
