Work through the recommendationseg:• upgrade PCs to 2GB (XP) or 4GB (Win7)• put policies in place, www.ico.gov.uk• sort out domain name ownership• cut phone bills: 18185, Skype, Vonage• funding (FAN) & training advice (HTDC)
