SPACESTHE OCEAN VIEWThis semi private incredible events space is available for hire and ideal for any function of up to 80 guests with ample seating. The area boasts stunning views of the Clovelly bay which opens onto a private ocean view terrace. The space is perfect for birthdays and weddings alike or even just a big get together because who needs an excuse?

VIP BOOTHSHere at the Clovelly we know that when close friends get together sometimes they need a bit of privacy to chat and hang out and we have just the place! We have 3 exclusive VIP dens for up to 15 guests hidden upstairs in our West Wing. For any larger groups we have a great VIP booth tucked away in our ocean view area for up to 30 guests. Allow us to spoil you and your guests while you catch up. Champagne and oysters anyone?!

THE WEST WINGThe West wing is a great space if you were after a mixture of seating and standing. With access to Level One’s cocktail bar and is great for groups of up to 60 guests. The West wing includes exclusive use of our 3 VIP booths for those with tired party feet.

LEVEL ONE EXCLUSIVEHere at the Clovelly we can proudly offer exclusive hire of our Level One space. With access to the West Wing, the Ocean View area and all four of our fantastic VIP booths we are able to accommodate functions of up to 250 guests. When you book out level one with us we are able to offer complete unshared use of our cocktail bar and our private ocean view terrace with views of the Clovelly bay that will not disappoint, we promise. TERMS AND CONDTIONS:BOOKING CONFIRMATION Each function booked at Clovelly Hotel is confirmed only when the confirmation agreement is returned and a response has been received FINAL NUMBERS & DETAILS Menu selections must be made known to the Venue no less than 10 days prior to the event. Once given, numbers can increase up to 5 business days prior to the event however not decrease. MINORS As part of our Hotel License, minors are only permitted in the Hotel until 10:00pm and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.LENGTH OF FUNCTIONS Will be determined before the event in conjunction with the trading hours. All functions must conclude at 12:00am (11:00pm Sundays), with the bar service closing half an hour before the function concludes.

PAYMENT Payment can be made by cash or credit card. Direct Deposit for pre-payment can be arranged.Credit card details and Driver’s License ID must be given as security for all beverage tabs. All prices include G.S.T. a cancellation fee of 50% of food cost will be charged to the below credit card details when less than seven (7) days’ notice is given. 100% of food cost will be charged when less than 72 hours’ notice is given.Management reserve the right to remove from your function any patrons who are underage, deemed intoxicated, violent or disruptive.
