hotelinfo provide au pair Channel Manager & train the property to setup & map their existing room types & rate plans, after which they completely manage all aspects for Revenue Management including rates, availability, promotions, minimum stays, advance purchase etc. Helpdesk support provided 9:00am to 17:30pm.

level 2hotelinfo provide au pair Channel Manager & internally set up the property, building room types, master rates, complete availability linking & fully migrate the property’s existing channels where applicable on to au pair. The property are then trained & thereafter are responsible for loading & updating their inventory & managing their OTA presence. Helpdesk support provided 9:00am to 17:30pm.

level 3hotelinfo operate au pair Channel Manager on behalf of property & take full responsibility for setup, migration, availability linking, map all rate plans & room types, new channel builds, updates, creation of all promotions, minimum stays, advance purchase etc., with the option to include revenue management & OTA marketing & training. In this way hotelinfo are totally accountable for driving revenue, conversions, volume – strengthening the property’s presence in these critical sectors through their expertise & skill set at a fraction of the cost of operating it internally. Similarly so, certain areas can be isolated so that hotelinfo can co-operate with front of house, revenue managers, operators or owners direct.
