Task 1 Team building day There are 25 marks available for this task. You should check all your work as you go along. Introduction This task is about organising a team building day at an outdoor activity centre. You need to put employees into two teams, plan activities and work out the cost for the day. Both teams must complete the same activities at the same time and all team members must take part in them. Each employee has a fitness level score. Both teams must have similar combined fitness level scores and include at least one manager.

3F Your company uses money-off vouchers to promote new products. Your manager needs to make decisions about how to spend the advertising budget for money-off vouchers for the new soap. The marketing department gives you this chart showing how many vouchers customers used in previous promotions.
