WHAT KIND OF CONVECTOR?

FULL, the first-class gas convector thanks to itsharmonious design and its capacity to make theambient comfortable, is suitable to heat in fewminutes and in total safety home, public andcommercial environments.

FULL is available in three versions, according tothe needed heat:

Three further special versions with similar heatoutput are available with shells whosetemperature does not overcome 60°C.

The FULL convectors have been studied to workboth with natural gas and with LPG.

All the convectors are delivered preset foroperation with natural gas, and complete of thefitting LPG kit.

WORKING PRINCIPLES

The FULL convector is an appliance with asealed combustion chamber: this means that thecombustion air inlet and the flue discharge areoutside the ambient to be heated, avoiding thedanger of blowing in the ambient the combustionproducts.

The ambient air is drawn by the fan (2) throughthe inferior grilles of the shell (1) and gets warmin contact with the combustion chamber and theheat exchanger (3). The warm air is then blowninto the ambient through the upper grilles of theshell (4).

The sealed combustion circuit takes thecombustion air from the outside (5). The premixburner (6) ensures an optimum combustion.Then the gases are discharged through theexhaust pipe (7).

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• The combustion is constant and very well set:since the forced draught and the premix burnerreduce the polluting emissions.

• The fuel consumption is at the minimum:since the gas flow to the burner is controlled bya double valve which also controls the outputpower supplied by the burner.

• The safety is total:since the chamber is sealed and the ignition iselectronic: failing the flame signal, a safetyionization device cuts off the gas flow.

• Long life is guaranteed:since the combustion chamber and the heatexchanger are made in stainless steel.

• The right degree of humidity is maintained andconsequently the well-being:since Full is fitted with an inside humidifier thatmust be daily filled with water.

The temperature is constant and guaranteed bythe thermostat.

The settings and the checks are easy to beperformed: on/off switch, warning light andunlock button.

You can choose among two working powerlevels, assuring in this way more comfort,noiselessness and energy saving.

WHERE TO INSTALL THE FULLCONVECTOR

Full can be installed on every part of the wall:

If the wall communicates directly to the outside,the template reproducing the real dimensions ofthe convector and the standard coaxial pipesmake the installation easy and quick.

If the wall does not communicate directly to theoutside, the template and the suitableaccessories must always be used: coaxial pipewith 90° discharge, or separate discharge pipes.

The separate pipes and the appropriate pipefitting allow the flue discharge and thecombustion air intake in 4 directions. Besides,the combustion air can be taken in also from therear side of the convector.

In order to facilitate the check and maintenanceoperations, the minimum suggested distancesfor the installation are 100 mm from thepavement and 250 mm from the side walls.

Thanks to the room sealed combustion circuit,no ambient air is used for the combustion,assuring a safe and healthy ambient for thepeople.

It is possible to choose among two differentcapacity levels of the gas convector. The highcapacity, and high fan speed, ensures a quickheating of the ambient. The low capacity, andlow fan speed, maintains the desired roomtemperature ensuring the maximum acousticcomfort.

Where a central heating system is not wished, theFULL convector, with a simple and easy wallinstallation, guarantees the comfort of a bigsystem.

In fact, FULL is a little autonomous heaterproducing heat through the combustion producedby the gas burner inside the little combustionchamber, which is completely sealed.

The sealed combustion chamber is the bestsafety and warranty for people living in theambient, since the combustion air intake and theflue discharge occur completely outside.
