Miss- Mildred ^. Alexander diedMonday night at her home at 91Gillette Avenue, Sayville, after 'abrief illness. She was born In Say-ville 65 years ago, the only childot Mr. and Mrs. William Alexander,,and had always njade her homehere. She was a graduate of Say-ville High School and of the BrownBusiness School in Jamaica.
Miss Alexander was associatedwith the Patchogue Electric LightCompany f o? nearly 40 years, firstas secretary to the president andlater as assistant treasurer. Shewas honored at a large dinner uponher retirement about five years ago.
She was a member of the SayvilleHistorical Society and the SayvilleGarden Club.
Miss Alexander is survived .onlyby her mother who is 95 -years old.Funeral services will be beld () t10 o'clock this morning ("Thursday)at Raynor's Chapel with the Rev,Peter D. MacLean, rector of St.Ann's Episcopal Church, officiating.

They were advanced from tlie,scheduled date because of the ap-proach of Hurricane Esther. Burial ,was private , the following morning.

Requiem mass was held lastWednesday in the Novitiate Chap-el in Blue . Point, with the Rev..Thomas Brennan officiating. Inter-ment followed under the directionof the Robertaccia Funeral Homein Ursuline' Cemetery.

[ He was born in Germany andcame to this country at the age of15. A few year_> later he returnedto Germany, met a German girland after he had come back to the.United States, she came over andthey were married in New York.They lived in Long Island City un-til, moving to Holtsville in 1950.Mrs. Wolf died in 1953.
Mr. Wolf was a salesman of elec-trical appliances, He was a memberof Teutonia Lodge F. & A. M. inJersey City.
He made* his home in Holtsvillewith his daughter, Mrs. Ernest Hil-liger and is survived by anotherdaughter, Mrs. Charles Maurer ofNew Hyde Park, a son Charles inEast Meadow, a brother Carl inClearwater, Fla. a sister in Ger-many, and by seven grandchildrenand two great grandchildren.
Masonic services were heldTuesday evening followed by re-ligious services at Raynor's Chapel,with the Rev. William Abram, pas-tor of Grace Lutheran Church,Central Islip, officiating. Inter-ment was yesterday morning inCypress Hills Cemetery, Brook-lyn.

Mr. Smith is survived by a son,T. Clyde Smith of Florida, twodaughters, Mrs. Natalie Todd Pag-els and Mrs. Barbar L. Fowler ofBayport, and by six grandchildren.
Cremation took place on Tues-day in Florida and his remainswhere interred in the Todd mauso-leum in Evergreen Cemetery,Brooklyn.

He is survived by three sons;Robert of Brooklyn, Herbert ofBrookhaven, and Arthur of Say-ville; two daughters, Mrs. RoseBasil and Mrs. Marguerite Ebann ,both qf Bayport; and three grand-children and six great-grandchil-dren.
Funeral services were held atthe Reylek Funeral Home on Mon-day, 'interment - was private.

She is survived by her husband,and one son, Martin A. of Bvars,Okla. Funeral services were heldunder the direction of The ReylekFuneral Home at St. John's yes-terday morning. Interment followedin Union Cemetery in Sayville.
