Rules & Regulations Ft. Pierce/Port St. LucieGeneral Rules:• Please always be considerate of your neighbors!• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We do not allow loud or offensive

noises at any time.• Keep vehicle speed to 5 MPH or under. Please

inform any guests of this rule.• All rent is paid in advance.• Site occupancy is limited to one RV, two persons,

one vehicle (including motorcycles) and pets under 30 lbs. Additional parking by the office for extra vehicles.

• All additional overnight guests must register and pay $5.00 per day of stay upon arrival.

• Maintain your vehicle condition and your site. Store items out of site, keep your rig in clean and working order.

• Washing of RV or vehicles must be approved by management.

• Site improvements require advance approval.• Do not drive or park on pavers.

• We do NOT allow washers, dryers, refrigerators or clotheslines on the property.

• NO mechanical or engine work allowed. Major repairs and oil changes are prohibited.

• Be sure to check your electrical plugs at least once per month so they do not become loose and overheat.

• We are not responsible for personal items.• Bicycles ridden after dusk must have lights and

reflectors.• If you use the facilities, please help us keep them

neat and clean. Please report any problems with any facilities immediately, so that we can keep everything running smoothly for you!

• Fireworks and firearms are prohibited in the kampground.

• Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Fort Pierce KOA reserves the right to evict anyone for non-compliance of the rules, with no refund.

Pets • We all love our pets and they are welcome

here at the Ft. Pierce KOA! • We have a secure Pet Park. • All pet guardians must use a leash and

accompany your pets when they are outside of your rig!

• When walking your pet, ALWAYS carry a waste bag and pick up and dispose in the trash dump!

• If you will leave us instructions for your indoor pets, we will notify you in the case of emergencies such as power outages or storm damage.

• Pets must be QUIET and leashed at ALL times! Constant barking (inside or out) or vicious breeds will not be tolerated!
