Water is the source of all life and our bodies are mostly made up ofit- so doesnt it make sense that we would want to stay as hydratedas possible? Infused water is magic. I am completely obsessedand in love. The possibilities are endless. It is cheap, easy, quick, impossible to mess up and so tasty! The infused water is SOrefreshing and such a welcomed alternative to regular old water

when you need a more exciting flavor. Not to mention- it seriouslydelicious and did I mention 100% natural? I love making up a giantpitcher and keeping it the fridge for a day or two (if it lasts thislong). It is a great contribution to dinner parties, picnics, luncheonsand a day at the beach. Guests love it because it is typically verypretty and colorful and perfect for those who arent interested ineither the alcoholic or overly processed, high fructose corn syrup-filled beverage choices. This is hydration at its finest!

I have taken this opportunity to compile 34 of my favorite recipes.I hope you enjoy them as well. Please dont be afraid to add ortake away ingredients at your discretion. This is your journey, sodont be afraid to experiment.

    Cheers,

Top spas from around the world have known for a long time aboutthe benefits of fruit, herb and flower infused water. They promotethe benefits of healthy hydration and strive to make their drinkingwater healthier, aesthetically pleasing and more appealing for theirguests. In some spas they supply the expertise of a spa water chef,to create unique water recipes that enhance, replenish and aidrelaxation. The good news is that you dont have to go to a spa toenjoy the health benefits of infused water; you can produce yourown, at home. Creating healthy delicious and vitamin infused wateris inexpensive and economically friendly.

In the last few years we have started to realize the importance ofhydration, as research has proven good hydration can increaseconcentration and productivity. Dehydration can be a majorcontributing factor to illnesses, causing headaches, digestiveproblems, obesity and joint pains. By drinking water, this does notalso assist in avoiding these, but can support in improvingcomplexion, help kidneys to function properly, aid weight loss andmaintain high energy levels.

But why infuse water with fruit, herbs or flowers you ask? Theanswer is simple. By improving the flavor with a healthy option, itsan easier way to achieve your recommended daily amounts. Byadding fruits and herbs you are including essential vitamins. Themost common flavors used are cucumber, mint, basil and citrusfruits. But feel free to use your imagination to produce a flavour tosuit you!
