Te adoption agency had been in danger oceasing opera- tions earlier this month. In a letter to its members, dated January 9th, CAFAC board members outlined some othe pressing nancial challenges the organization has been acing and what was being done to try and ofset them. Marc and Chrisy(uttle) Duault live on the uttle amily arm and have two children; Colby (6) and Faith (4). On December 23rd, the amily discovered that Marc had a malig- nant brain tumour and he was rushed to Win- nipeg to undergo a our hour brain surgery on Christmas Day. Marc’s tumour was cancerous, and now he must under- go both chemotherapyand radiation treatments ive days a week in Win- nipeg. Soon ater they ar- rived home, the trans- mission went on their car, which has meant the amily has had to borrowamily vehicles to get to and rom Winnipeg or Marc’s treatments. hese challenges have put tremendous stress on the amily, so when their sister-in-law aryn uttle ound out about a contest Precision oyota was conducting on Face- book, she made a video oher sister’s amily and submitted it as an entry. On February 14th, the amily learned theyhad won, with 8,206 votes. A presentati on was made at Precision oyota on 18th Street North in Brandon on hursday morning and the Duault amily is veryappreciative oevery- one’s support.
