How to claim2. Customers that purchased the BDP-S185 from an

authorised Sony dealer located in the UK from 1st November 2012 to 31st January 2013 are entitled to submit a claim for a free copy of The Amazing Spider-Man on Blu-ray Disc in 2D.

3. Customers that purchased eligible Sony Blu-ray Disc players or Blu-ray Disc Home Cinema System products from an authorised Sony dealer located in the UK from the 1st November 2012 to 31st January 2013 are entitled to submit a claim for their free Spider-Man Trilogy on Blu-ray Disc and The Amazing Spider-Man on Blu-ray 3D see below for further details.

4. To claim your Spider-Man Trilogy on Blu-ray Disc and/or The Amazing Spider-Man on Blu-ray Disc in 2D or 3D please send your completed claim form, together with your original printed sales receipt and European Guarantee Information Document (where supplied with your Sony product) to: Spider-Man Promotion, PO Box 100, Diss, Norfolk IP98 1SY.

5. All claims should be received by midnight on 28th February 2013. No claim forms will be accepted after this date. Offer available whilst stocks last.

7. Sony products included in the promotion for free Spider-Man Trilogy on Blu-ray Disc and The Amazing Spider-Man Blu-ray 3D are BDP-S490, BDP-S590, BDP-S790, BDV-190, BDV-E490, BDV-N590, BDV-N790W, BDV-EF220, BDV-NF720.

8. All Sony products are subject to availability.

9. The Spider-Man Trilogy on Blu-ray Disc and/or The Amazing Spider-Man Blu-ray Disc 2D and 3D are only available on Sony products which have been supplied and distributed by Sony to its authorised dealers within the UK. Please check with your dealer to ensure your Sony product is eligible and that the retailer is an authorised dealer before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

10. A claim for Spider-Man Trilogy on Blu-ray Disc and/or The Amazing Spider-Man Blu-ray Disc 2D or 3D cannot be validly made in respect of a Sony product where a customer returns it to the retailer and receives a full refund.

11. Only claim forms accompanied by original printed sales receipts will be accepted. Handwritten receipts or photocopies of original sales receipts will not be accepted.

We suggest you make copies of all documents before posting them and send claims via recorded signed for or registered post.

12. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for claim forms lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

13. Illegible or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

14. Claims for Spider-Man Trilogy on Blu-ray Disc and/or The Amazing Spider-Man Blu-ray Disc 2D or 3D are subject to availability. Please allow 28 days for receipt of your Spider-Man Trilogy on Blu-ray Disc and/or The Amazing Spider-Man Blu-ray Disc 2D or 3D, where we are unable to meet this deadline then we will do so as quickly as possible thereafter your original printed sales receipt and European Guarantee Information Document (where supplied with your product) will be returned to you at the same time. Should your Spider-Man Trilogy on Blu-ray Disc and/or The Amazing Spider-Man Blu-ray Disc 2D or 3D not arrive or should there be a problem with your Spider-Man Trilogy on Blu-ray Disc and/or The Amazing Spider-Man Blu-ray Disc 2D or 3D on receipt please call the hotline on 0845 504 8939.

15. Spider-Man Trilogy on Blu-ray Disc and/or The Amazing Spider-Man Blu-ray Disc 2D or 3D are only available while stocks last and no responsibility can be taken should this film not be available at the time of your claim.

General16. We reserve the right to withhold and/or refuse to

issue Spider-Man Trilogy on Blu-ray Disc and/or The Amazing Spider-Man Blu-ray Disc 2D or 3D where we suspect that any false or fraudulent claim is being made or where a claim has been made which does not comply with these terms.

17. We reserve the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice. Sony reserves the right to substitute any of the offers for products or services of equivalent status and value as necessary.

18. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion.
