The author, Jacques Drapeau, is a lawyer and an ex Canadian career diplomat

who worked as such on all continents except Oceania. His wife Vassiliki is a

Greek psychologist who accompanied him in his career around the world from

the beginning. Jacques retired early, voluntarily, at age 50, in order for them to

live in their preferred world area: the Mediterranean Sea. On a yearly basis, by

alternate periods of 2 to 3 months, they now spend nearly half of their time in

Italy, based in Rome, nearly half in Greece (ELLAS), based in Piraeus, and the

remaining time still travelling around the world. They both have had a great life-

long passion for fine arts and history, but in particular for philosophy, but mainly

philosophy of pure Hellenic roots and Platonic lineal descent. Vassiliki is also a

discrete world expert painter on fine white porcelain in the best classical tradition

of this difficult art. They have 3 children. Their oldest daughter was born in Chile

and now works as a doctor in London England, married to an Italian surgeon;

their son is a mathematician who was born in Ottawa and lives in Canada; their

youngest daughter was born in Mexico and is now a dentist who lives in Milan,

INTRODUCTION

The content of this book is all in its title: “From Slavery Downwards To

Slavery Upwards”. Unfortunately, “We The People”, in the western world,

were made to believe, through the propaganda of the political correctness, that

we live in a democracy. This is so much the case that we have been made

completely blind to the fact that we live in an anti-democracy. In a real

democracy, as invented by Ancient-Greece, the power really stands in the

hands of “We The People”, at the bottom of the pyramid, not at the top. At the

top of that real democracy, the elected governing leaders are only the public

servants of the people at the bottom. The top is made up of servants, while the

bottom is made up of masters commanding the servants at the top. This is what

the title of this book means. This is what does not exist at the moment, and what

we have to come back to, reinstating real democracy. And this is very easily

possible, entirely democratically, even if it requires a complete change of our

culture regarding public governance.

At the moment, in all western countries, in spite of holding apparently

democratic elections, “We The People” command nothing. Our leaders do not

even get elected on the basis of a BEC (Binding Electoral Contract), but on the

basis of only an EP (Electoral Program) that they can freely forget after election,

and always manage to contradict in their decisions and actions after elections, in

order to obey the elites of the Deep-State ruling our pseudo-leaders as puppets

from the background. Whoever is elected, after elections, what is implemented is

not the will of “We The People”, but the agenda of the Deep-State in the

background. “We The People” do not rule, as we could and as we should. We

are only commanded, fully, in all aspects of our life, by our puppet masters. “We

The People” are a new kind of modern slaves.

Those who believe that slavery was abolished in the late 1800 are wrong. Slavery

still exists, albeit in a more sophisticated way. As such, it is well alive and even

booming. Strangely enough, it is booming in particular in the parts of the world

that are supposedly, socially, the most free and, economically, the most

developed.

This book has to do with this new form of deceitful slavery that most people do

not notice or do not diagnose as such because of the dominant propaganda of the

political correctness. This deceitful slavery is the most perfect form of

enslavement that has ever existed in the history of humanity, and it is

implemented, for the first time, through the MAC (Middle Active Class, as the

class that is the most creative and productive), instead of through the LAC (Low

Aspiration Class, as the class with the lowest skills, the least creativity, or with the

tiniest level of ambition to improve its condition).

In the constitutional documents of western countries, what is often called “We

The People” should normally represent mostly the MAC, as those free active

citizens who should ideally be able to command the governance of their countries

through the use of elected governments composed of public servants at the top of

the pyramid. In reality, the opposite is true. Even under a false pretense of

democracy, the “We” of the middle of the pyramid are mainly only obedient serfs.

Because of a complete perversion of democracy, these “We” really command

nothing anymore.

In ancient pyramids of power, before the invention of democracy (or in current

pyramids of power without democracy), the commanding force was always as the

top, and the obedient servants were at the bottom. With the invention of

democracy, the structure of power was reversed, and should still be reversed

today when we pretend to live in a democracy. This is what democracy is, or

should be. The “We” under the top should be the new commanding power, while

the top should be composed of public servants respecting the will of the “We”.

However, even if this is not happening, we still call our western system of

governance as a “Democracy”. This is a complete falsity, an anomaly, an

aberration. But the political correctness prevents us from realizing this falsity,

and we remain convinced that we live in a democracy, while in fact we live as

slaves of an autocratic and most oppressive system of governance.

The supposedly democratic elections, in most western countries pretending to

live in a democracy, are only an illusion, as the leaders are not “elected”, but only

“selected”, deceitfully in advance, by the elite of the Deep-State in the

background. These hidden elites have an agenda that varies very little between

the main political parties. The main political parties are many, pretending to

oppose each other while participating in the election, but the basic agenda is

unique, as the one of the dominant unique Deep-State.

To complicate the scenario, our politicians are also “elected” on the basis of only a

“program”, but never a “contract”. Consequently, during an electoral

campaign, these politicians say whatever they want in order to be elected, mostly

lies. In fact, these politicians are not bound by any BEC (Binding Electoral

Contract). They are only made look good by an EP (Electoral Program) that can

easily be forgotten or contradicted during their mandate. In the meantime, the

MAC is squashed by falsely democratic government officials that act as the

masters of the obedient serfs in the middle.

As long as, by “Down”, we mean the MAC, our best expression of “We The

People”, as what it should mean, or as it should be, rather than as what it is at

the moment, can be well conveyed with our fighting slogan:

The MAC (Middle Active Class) of the modern world is the new type of working

middle class oppressed like never before in the history of humanity. It is caught

between a new low class, the LAC (Low Aspiration Class), that is better than ever

before through abundant social welfare, and a new high class, the TAC (Top

Accumulating Class), that is also better than ever before through abusive

corporate welfare.

The above is however only the one side of the coin, the economic side of the

crisis. The cultural side of the same coin is even worse. In addition to enslaving us

economically, the same elites are also trying to debase all our best cultural values,

so that we become their slaves more easily. People with strong moral and

patriotic values, and with a high cultural level are not easily enslaved.

The worst aspect of this double crisis, economic and cultural, is that the greed of

the elites in pursuing their global enslavement objective is such that they have no

serious concern for possibly destroying the planet at the same time. They only

push for us to consume and get indebted to the outmost degree, to a point that we

have no more time and energy left to think about our enslavement condition, or

to conceive ways to improve our situation, let alone to revolt.

The hyper consumption that results from this situation leaves on its trail a

massive level of catastrophic pollution of all our resources, be it in terms of land,

water or air, not to mention the related good food production. In the meantime,

the debasing of our moral, patriotic and cultural values foments an ugly nihilistic

approach to whatever should be of concern to our survival. In addition to our

resources being destroyed, our family and national values are also being

completely annihilated. People with strong family and/or national values cannot

be easily enslaved. For this reason, most western countries, where there is the

best level of productive MAC, are being subjected to destructive policies of

massive illegal immigration that have nothing, or very little to do with serious

refugee movements, while being imposed an exaggerated level of

multiculturalism that has already destroyed the best of the social and moral

values that could make people resist enslavement.

The plan, from the enslaving elites’ point of view, is to keep us so focus on our

survival that we lose all consciousness or perspective on our enslavement

condition. We, as the MAC, work and run more and more, from day to day, from

month to month, from year to year, to try to get out of an incessantly increasing

debt and chaotic situation, to the point that we either sink with despair into the

relative comfort of the social welfare of the LAC, or blindly jump a step up, as a

more productive MAC, for the exclusive benefit of the TAC. The worst is that this

stress for survival is applying in an increasing manner to younger and younger

‘men’, mainly students, who have to pass a continuous set of exams in order to

show, not their talents, but how successfully they have been indoctrinated to the

system as future additional MAC slaves, getting the deceitful pride of their own

blind parents along the way for their apparent ‘success’.

In the meantime, many of these young adults will only become maimed or dead

soldiers in an infinite number of wars that are totally unnecessary except for the

benefit of the TAC, as all wars are “bankers’ wars”. In fact, there is nothing that

serves more the interests of the TAC than using the MAC, and the LAC in

particular, as expendable tools for the cumulative triple benefits coming to the

TAC through financing wars, and both sides of these wars: before the war, for the

purchase of the armaments, during the war for the deadly war operations, and

after the war, for the reconstruction. And the fact that such useless wars have

caused more than 100 million dead in the last century alone is of no concern to

the TAC, as this is the main way through which they got so rich, to the point that

the wealth of the less than 1% of the population composing the new TAC is

superior to the wealth of the 99% of the population composing both the MAC and

LAC combined, worldwide.

Is it not the time to wake up? It is certainly time to start shouting our main

slogan:

The solutions and means this slogan is hinting at, are available. They are well

defined in this book. This is in fact the main purpose of this book that talks about

the new MAC enslavement, from both an economic and a cultural point of view,

and about the solutions that are available, in a most democratic way. The book is

thus divided in three parts:

1. The origins of the new MAC enslavement

2. The main problems brought by the MAC enslavement

3. The easy solutions to eliminate the MAC enslavement

Before we get to these 3 parts however, we shall look at the history of the origins

of the MAC enslavement.

ORIGINS OF MAC ENSLAVEMENT

NEW SLAVES IN THE MIDDLE

In the history of humanity, the slaves have always been the lower class. Today, for

the first time, the new slaves of the modern world are the members of the middle

class. The low class is treated exceptionally well, compared to all previous periods

of history, through abundant and often unmeritorious social welfare. The high

class is equally treated exceptionally well, like never before, through abusive

corporate welfare. In the meantime, the ones in the middle, the MAC, are

squeezed under a situation of excessive pressure, from all points of view, that

amounts to a brand new form of slavery. The worst part, for the MAC, is that this

new form of slavery in the middle, instead of at the bottom, is so well

implemented and imposed, in such a deceitful way, that the persons involved in it

still have the impression that they are free.

“None are more hopelessly enslaved than

those who falsely believe they are free”.

Not only the class involved in the current slavery is a brand new one, the middle

class, but the form of slavery is also brand new. There are no physical chains

anymore, thus the deceitful impression of the slaves to still being free. Today, the

new chains are essentially cultural and financial chains, firstly in the ugly form of

debt, but with additional components of dogma and despair, or DDD. These new

chains are grounded on debt. This debt enslavement comes in three cumulative

ways.

1. First, the new national masters of the high class, the TAC, in each national

country, impose excessive taxation on the middle class, the MAC, in order

to reimburse their own public debt at national government level.

2. Second, the national high class also provides excessive easy credit to the

middle class, to push the acquisition, by the latter, of all the goodies being

produced through the businesses of the high class. The end result is more

debt, a cumulative double form of debt.

3. Third, the national high class pushes these first two means of debt, by

plan, to the point that one salary is not enough anymore for a family of the

working middle class to survive. The traditional one-salary family, usually

through the father providing for all members of his family, is forced to

send also the mother to work. But in reality, by plan, the working wife,

while kept under the deceitful impression that she has been liberated

through her own work, only becomes, by plan, an additional taxpayer, and

an additional credit user, all for the benefit of the high class. As such, as a

new excessive taxpayer and credit user, she also becomes a new additional

slave on a par basis with her husband.

The end result is a triple form of cumulative debt, with the full debt-enslavement

of two adult workers instead of one. For the TAC, the high class, and for their

government acolyte puppets, it is a well-planned form of extreme exploitation,

through doubling the quantity of their taxpayers, with multiple levels of

cumulative debt-enslavement, to the point that even traditional usurers would be

ashamed of using such oppressive system. But in fact it is usury, of the worst kind

for the new middle class, and of the best kind for the usurers of the high class, as

it is not consciously perceived as usury under its cover of perfect legality and its

deceitful impression of liberation.

It is to be noted that the above triple form of enslavement is only related to debt,

and only at a national level. We will soon see how the situation gets much worse

for the MAC when we consider the other additional components of the modern

enslavement, the full DDD, and the additional levels of cumulative enslavement,

above the national level, with the intervention of the supra-national levels and

the global levels.

Already as this basic national level however, this situation of sufferance is such,

that these sophisticated new forms of cumulative hidden usury clearly constitute

a new form of misery that amounts to nothing less than slavery. There can be no

other word for it. In fact, as a result of it, more than 90% of families of the most

advanced western world today, in spite of their double salary in most cases, have

great difficulty each month in making ends meet. It is also a complete novelty in

the history of slavery, and of the worse form of slavery, as it not taking place with

the conscious knowledge of the slaves. And these new slaves, contrary to the older

ones, have to maintain themselves, instead of being provided for by their masters

for their basic needs. This new type of slavery is not either happening by accident,

but by plan, by a completely deceitful plan.

The master plan also provides for the middle class, as both the wife and the

husband in a family, to be kept under not only excessive debt and taxation, but

also under extreme legislation. Overall, to crown this deceitfulness, a devious

publicity and social engineering of the mainstream media gives the new slaves the

impression they are free and lucky, like never before, because they can acquire

the newest videogame for their children and the latest smart Phone for

themselves. Consequently, these new slaves meet month ends with not only no

more money left, let alone additional debt in most instances, but with no more

energy or time left to think, at the end of their exhausting working days, to

recognize their enslavement. Not having the time and energy left to form a proper

consciousness of their enslavement, they will not even conceive the idea of a

possible revolt. This is a perfect master plan of the new TAC against the new

MAC. Our important mission, at this point, is to try to find out where this master

plan comes from.

COMMUNIST SLAVERY FRESH START MORE TO THE WEST

In my years of Canadian diplomatic career, with regular tasks related to serious

immigration issues, I got involved, on a consulting basis, with the case of the

famous KGB dissenter called Yuri Bezmenov who was eventually granted

political asylum in Canada. In my meetings with him abroad, and in Canada

later on, Bezmenov made me aware of the incredible failure of the kind of

enslavement used in the Soviet Union, and the diabolic plan the Soviets had to

make their regime collapse smoothly, for having a fresh start more to the West,

in Europe and in North America.

All this seemed completely incredible to me, some 40 years ago, but it is now

reality in the western world. A close look at the world today makes it clear that

Communism did not even really fall smoothly. It only moved more to the West,

and, by the same token, became more global, albeit stealthily, by infiltrating and

exploiting a new geographical area with a more productive MAC economic base:

what became the SEU (Soviet European Union) and the SUS (Soviet United

States).

Bezmenov explained to me that Communism in the Soviet Union had made a

terrible mistake that would inevitably make it crumble, as a mistake that it was

too late to repair in the early 1970s: they had destroyed the middle class and

melted it down with the low class into a much larger new lower class. They were

essentially left with only a privileged high class of parasites, and a very

uncreative, massive, low-aspiration class. After some 50 years of squashing it,

they realized that their middle class should not have been destroyed, as it was

originally the one producing most wealth for both the lower and the higher class.

That middle class should have been exploited, but not destroyed. It should have

been exploited more intelligently, but kept standing and producing. With only a

bigger lower class and non productive middle class, the higher class had no more

future, and the Soviet Union would inevitably collapse. But to rebuild a new

productive middle class, would take generations, as that class had lost all its best

skills. Such time frame would mean that the collapse would happen before this

rebuilding could be done. Consequently, at that point, their alternative plan was

to collapse the Soviet Union smoothly, in order not to frighten the western

middle class, and to move Communism more to the west, in Europe and in

North America, where the best productive middle class was in place and ready

for a more western from of communist exploitation.

Again, this is today what became the SEU (Soviet European Union) and the SUS

(Soviet United States). The working middle classes of these two regions are fast

moving into a state of growing poverty and misery, let alone debt-slavery, with

excessive taxation and extreme legislation, but carefully not pushed to the point

of destruction this time. The MAC of these two more western regions is

maintained exhausted, but well alive, because it is the only class that can

produce, and must still produce, the wealth for both the TAC and the LAC.

In short, this better exploitation of the MAC more to the West has been

compounded at three cumulative levels:

1. The first level is what we just seen above, the level of national excessive

taxation and extreme legislation.

2. The second level is the supra-national one, coming from organizations like

the EU, with huge new and additional nomenclatures, to be maintained

through ever-growing new taxes, additional to the national ones, to pay for

the gross and unmeritorious privileges of mostly bureaucratic parasites

that would be the envy of the Soviet nomenclature if it still existed today.

3. The third level is the global one, with the sneaky involvement and

additional burden of organizations like the TTT (TPP+TTIP+TISA).

These act over both the national and supra-national levels of exploiting

governance, mainly through the related offshoring and outsourcing of what used

to be the best paying permanent positions of the working middle class.

This is the way the top members of the Soviet nomenclature were thinking at the

time, in the early 1970s. Once moved to the west, their alternative plan was

providing for Communism to let the local middle class produce as best as it could,

but to enslave it as much as they could, enslaving them at three cumulative levels,

more intelligently than they did in the Soviet Union, mainly more deceitfully,

using the capitalist tools of extreme taxation, excessive legislation at three

cumulative levels, and the reduction of the costs of work benefits through

outsourcing, let alone the importation of cheap labor through massive

uncontrolled immigration. And to help them achieve this entire massacre, the

high class would use their devious propaganda of the mainstream media to still

convince the working middle class that it is living in the best possible democracy

with the maximum level of freedom and privileges.

This is what Bezmenov was calling the “Fresh Start” of Communism more to

the west, and this is what we have today, some 30 years after the collapse of the

Soviet Union. The western chickens producing the golden eggs are forcefully

kept alive, given just enough fresh air to prevent their death, but exploited to the

outmost degree at 3 cumulative levels. In addition, the propaganda of the

mainstream media keeps them under the deceitful impression that they are free

like no middle class has ever been before, while in fact, for the high class, they are

only the best kind of slaves that the history of humanity has ever enjoyed. Thanks

to the Soviet experience.

The irony is that in the meantime, what was the ex-Soviet Union, or Russia

today, is fast producing a kind of much freer middle class, of the like that used to

exist in the western world some 40 years ago, before Communism moved more to

the west for its “Fresh Start”. The East moved West, and the West moved East.

OUR MOVE TO COLLECTIVISM AND TOTAL ENSLAVEMENT

As we have seen, just like slavery was never abolished in the late 1800,

Communism never died with the dismantling of the Soviet Union in the late

1990. Communism was only improved, through its “Fresh Start”, moving West.

Its improvement is now on the verge of making it now a new global power,

worldwide, through what is usually called the NWO (New World Order).

Interestingly enough, accompanying the concept of Communism being moved

more to the West, the so-called Four Stages To Total Socialist Power was the

main strategy to achieve that objective, as expressed to me by Bezmenov in

1976. He also wrote quite a lot about it at the time. Reading Bezmenov writings

today, 45 years later, quickly reveals to us that all his predictions were absolutely

correct. Totalitarian Socialist Collectivism has failed smoothly in the Soviet

Union a few years later, but is not dead. It only moved to the West, to both

Europe, as the already well formed European Union, and to America, as the NAU

(North American Union) being proactively formed. This is the Fresh Start

mentioned above, that Bezmenov was talking about at our meetings, and that

Fresh Start started in the West quite a few years ago already.

In his interview with young Edward Griffin, in 1984, still available today on the

Internet, Bezmenov also explained very clearly, as a top expert who had

contributed for many years in subverting many countries to Collectivism while

working for the KGB of the Soviet Union, that bringing down a country and

enslaving its people for totalitarian socialist government purposes is done in Four

Stages:

1) Demoralization,

2) Crisis,

3) Normalization and

4) Destabilization.

This was a pure and formal KGB strategy that Bezmenov himself had been fully

trained in, and that he had applied extensively, during many of his diplomatic

postings in various countries abroad.

If we look at our current situation, 45 years after his predictions for the western

world, we find that we clearly stand, here in the western world, at this very

moment, at the end of the Third Stage of "Normalization", and at the beginning of

the final Fourth Stage of "Destabilization" of the Fresh Start of the collectivist

strategy predicted for us by Bezmenov. The previous two stages of

Demoralization and Crisis are now pretty much recent past history, or a sad

history book in its final pages. That history included, as the First Stage, the "de-

moral-ization" of two or three generations of youths of the western world, after

the Vatican Zionist Coup of the Council of Vatican II of 1965 that consolidated the

new JewZuit Power, and after the following 1968 Social Revolution of false

freedom that quickly ensued in a wilder way as a result. The following two

generations of Hippies and Flower Children grew up with the implanted illusions

of the counter-culture for which anything was finally permitted, promoting the

relativistic idea that nothing was really bad if it served one's own purposes; that

the traditional family with its inherent difficult responsibilities should no more

exist to pressure us; that national borders should no more restrict the free

movement of all peoples, even if in terms of illegal immigration of the worst kind,

without due PISA process, diluting our culture and destroying our best values

through an exaggerated and highly destructive form of multiculturalism, instead

of encouraging a good ProRacialism as promoted by an EthoCracy; that all our

old traditional values were irremediably flawed, prejudiced, racist and conducive

to extremism and social injustice, notwithstanding the obvious fact that there is

now much more extremism and social injustice than there was in the western

world some 40 years ago, etc. etc. As for the Second Stage, the economic Crisis

that was well engineered to start in 2008, to purposely create chaos out of which

the elites would pretend to come up heroically, as our pretended heroes and

saviors, with new corrective order, as a fakery of course, through well

programmed false flags, we have already lived through enough of it now, to the

point that we are starting to accept blindly, if not even gratefully, the restriction

of our liberty, of most of our liberties, in exchange for an illusionary additional

security and benevolence of the new JewZuit state power. From this point of

view, we are already well into the last phase of the Third Stage of Normalization.

The indoctrinated "sixtyeighters" (of 1968) of Hippies and Flower Children are

now in full power and they are even proudly handing the completion of the Fresh

Start to the JewZuit elites, as if it were their own great success, for these JewZuit

elites to use it for the final Fourth Stage of Destabilization, and thus the advent of

an inevitable New World Order of totalitarian Collectivism based on Fabian

Socialism commanded by those that we call the JewZuit Power in the context of

this essay. Consequently, the growing intrusion of a totalitarian state in all

aspects of our life is becoming the "New Normal". Enslavement through debt-

money and growing security measures is becoming normal, not questioned, even

accepted with some affection through a kind of Syndrome of Stockholm affecting

those who start loving their captors after a period of captivity. Lost liberty

becomes the norm. Lost family ties become the norm. Lost national identity

becomes the norm. Lost cultural specificity becomes the norm. Sloppiness in

dressing code becomes the norm. Nastiness in civic behavior becomes the norm.

Ugliness in works of art and architecture becomes the norm. Are not all these

new norms our exact normal reality today, with their disastrous consequences?

This is what the Third Stage of Normalization means. In short, an ugly and

vicious Global Nihilism becomes the super-norm for all aspects of our life today,

through a well programmed third stage of Normalization. Dependence on the

States using this normal New World Order, with its resulting cultural and

financial enslavement, becomes the ultimate norm, thus an invisible

enslavement, as the "New Normal", propagated by the various types of deceptions

described above in previous sections, and through the stupidity of the current

Politically Correct pushed easily at all of us by the same JewZuit elites that also

own, or fully control, all the mainstream mass media.

However, in describing the above Four Stages for the acquisition of total socialist

power, Bezmenov mentions an interesting phenomenon that the puppet

sixtyeighters who are in power at the moment, serving like lackeys the master

plan of the JewZuit Power, should well keep in mind. Bezmenov said that in all

the places where these Four Stages have been applied successfully and brought to

completion, the real power elites hiding in the background have always found a

way to eliminate, even physically if necessary, as part of the Fourth Stage of

Destabilization, all the most subservient puppets that had served them so well in

the foreground, and had become forthwith useless, like most of the complicit

sixtyeighter politicians that we have today over our shoulders in our western

world. Not only do these lackeys become useless for the full and final completion

of the Fourth Stage of Destabilization, but they are even dangerous, as they know

the fictitious role of immense injustice that they have played against their own

people, and they could start regretting, or reacting, or even revolting against their

JewZuit Power masters before the Fourth Stage is fully completed. Consequently,

at that Fourth Stage, most of these useful idiots have always been eliminated. If

this were to happen, it would be of little satisfaction for those who were subjected

to the misery that was created by the Four Stages. Eliminating these puppet

leaders is not very useful at that point, after the damage is done, or certainly not

sufficient, as it is not constructive. This is the mistake that made many

revolutions fail, like the French Revolution. The main purpose at this point

should be to stop and reverse the process before the final Fourth Stage is brought

to full completion. In our current situation of global enslavement, it may still not

be too late for us to be constructive, and we will see, in Part II of this essay, that

there are appropriate democratic means to achieve this objective. The main

difficulty we will face in such case is the necessary reprogramming of the next 2

or 3 generations, as most members of the current young generation are now

without appropriate parameters to understand the false "Normalization" that has

happened to them, and what needs to be done to correct and reverse the current

situation of enslavement that they are in today. Just like the First Stage of "De-

moral-ization" required 2 or 3 generations to achieve full enslavement, the new

re-normalization, or re-education, will also require at least 2 or 3 generations to

achieve a return to real freedom. This is also what Bezmenov was clearly

PEOPLE’S POWER EROSION

This Erosion of people’s power is happening at both ends, top and bottom, and at

all levels in between. At the bottom, the erosion has to do with the so called

“Shadow Government”, or the “Deep-State”.

EROSION AT THE BOTTOM

This bottom erosion of People’s Power is done through the Deep-State. Our move

to collectivism and total socialist enslavement however is not obvious. At the

bottom level of the People’s Power, it is well hidden in the meanders of a shadow

government that is often called the “Deep-State” in some countries like the USA.

This Deep-State in the background is really what governs all of us. The elected

governments in the foreground are only an illusion, as they do not respond to us,

but only to the Deep-State.

To explain what the Deep-State is, there is no better way than to borrow and

paraphrase some of the thoughts of a world expert on the question, Bob

Livingstone, author and editor of The Bob Livingstone Letter.

Western governments, under a façade of democratic elections, have two

governments, the government you see and the government you don’t see. The

government you see is essentially the politicians and the courts. They are actors.

Their job is to give the illusion that you have some input in the process of

government, or that the rule of law and the Constitution is in force.

The political process is a puppet theater. It is designed to distract you. The

puppet actors are mainly the politicians and judges, as employees of the

government. The government pays their salaries and pensions. So it should come

as no surprise that they always work to grow and expand government for the

easier control of their masters of the shadow government in the background.

The same distractive entertainment exists at the level of political parties. The

illusion is that there are two main parties, or two main coalitions. One pretends

to be the party of limited government and personal responsibility. The other one

claims to be for the working man and a big nanny government of social welfare.

During this farce, the party in power forces its will on the other until the other

one takes its turn, but insignificant change happens between one and the other.

In any case, in all of this theatrical puppet show, government is never

meaningfully cut. It practically never shrinks in size, rather the opposite. Its

power is never reduced, only increased, even if often in covert ways. Even when

politicians are arguing over cutting some so-called “entitlement” or government

agency, the cuts they talk about are mostly cuts in projected growth. They are

virtual illusions. There are never any serious discussions about actually cutting

government. Money debasement continues unabated, wars are started or

expanded, regulations increased, while the dependent class grows and

government becomes more overbearing and more authoritarian.

Most people who are aware of politics on at least a basic level remain trapped in

the false left/right paradigm. But the political process is a façade of government

that satisfies the quest of the common people for at least an impression of

political choices. In fact, it is an illusion unrelated to reality and political

participation by the people.

It is, however, the perfect system for keeping the people focused on empty

nonsense year after year. People totally misunderstand the nature of government.

Otherwise they would know that there is no such thing as real political choices or

meaningful political freedom, especially when ballots are counted electronically

instead of manually. This is the case for example of the recent elections in

Greece, with its ballots counted by a foreign firm called Singular Logic, based

in Israel. Such foreign firms can handle results whichever way the Deep-State of

the country involved wants it.

The truth is that, behind the façade of multiple choices, in relation to the main

parties or coalitions, there is really just one political party or coalition, and it is

the government party. Any belief that there is any significant difference between

the main parties is pure fantasy.

All apparent differences are merely to keep the people distracted from the

behind-the-scenes machinations of the elites of the Deep-State hiding in the

background. This is aided and abetted by a compliant mainstream media, which

does not function anymore as a truth finder for the people, exposing the

mismanagement of the government, like it should be its intrinsic mission, but

rather as a propaganda arm of the government and the main political parties.

Politicians — with only a handful of exceptions — do not care about the

Constitution and generally see it as an impediment to their objectives. Their No. 1

goal is to do the will of their masters of the Deep-State in the background. That

way, politicians can hold on to their places of prominence and supposed “power”

in government for as long as possible.

Consequently, the politicians of the main parties holding the power are working

in concert against those who seek to control the government, reduce its scope,

return it to its constitutional parameters and reduce debt through less

government spending. They want to hold on to their highly paid positions of

prestige and honor. Only in this way can they face the prospect of a cushy six-

figure pension when they leave politics, let alone some even more cushy positions

within some para-governmental agencies of the Deep-State.

Unfortunately, the visible government working for the Deep-State has an ugly

symbiotic partner in the mainstream media that has completely betrayed its

original mission of truth finding, and of exposure of the mismanagement of that

visible government. This mainstream media is in fact completely owned by the

Deep-State, and is thus easily controlled by that Deep-State. Any important

journalist not following the Deep-State line on any important political subject

runs the risk of losing his job immediately, even of being assassinated in most

serious cases of investigative journalism.

The mainstream media, instead of investigating government, has become The

Fourth Estate of government. It long ago ceded its independence and became the

Fourth Branch of government, like a kind of ministry of government propaganda.

This is complete constitutional treason. And the last ones to denounce this

treason are the ones who should be the very first ones to do so: the journalists

themselves. Doing so however would make them lose their cushy benefits and

bribes provided by the Deep-State that owns the mainstream media. Only six

media giants now control 90 percent of what we read, watch and listen to in the

whole world. This is the most odious cartel that exists at the moment in the

world, because it is the cartel that prevents us from having access to… Truth. And

as someone famous said: “Only Truth Shall Set You Free”. These six major

corporations are large feeders at the corporatist Deep-State government thought.

Politicians and journalists following their line are highly compensated with all

sorts of privileges, let alone bribes when necessary.

Thanks to internet, the power of the corrupted mainstream media to control the

message on behalf of the Deep-State Government is fast starting to be dwindling.

But it still much too powerful, and will stay so until too many people start to

realize the falsity of this situation and the extensive damage it is doing to all of us.

The government you don’t see has many names and many elements, all working

against your best interests. Among its several names are: shadow government,

the Deep-State, powers-that-be, etc. It is made up of faceless bureaucrats, crony

corporations, the power elite of hundreds of agencies, the banksters in particular,

the vast intelligence apparatus, along with the globalists found in think-tanks like

the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) in the USA and the Trilateral

Commission acting at world level.

As we will see in the following section, having to do with the erosion of the

People’s power at the top level, all these entities at the bottom level are complicit

with other powerful organizations operating to erode the people’s power at the

top level, like the EU, the UN, and various transversal international

organizations like TTP.

The entities of the Deep-State do not change, and do not cede power, regardless

of who is elected in our fake democracies. And although they may have slightly

different agendas on the micro scale, on the macro scale they work in concert to

amass more wealth and power for themselves as they are all natural enemies of

the common people who exist only for exploitation purposes. They are in

particular the enemies of the new MAC that they exploit to the outmost limit,

stopping their exploitation only when they are afraid that its members might die

and thus cease to produce more wealth and taxes for themselves as the TAC.

Many authors have been writing about the shadow government or Deep-State for

many years, yet until major recent events in the USA (Trump) and in the EU

(BREXIT), most people either had no idea of it or, if they had heard of it,

doubted its existence or considered belief in it a “conspiracy theory.” But the term

“Deep-State” is being used more and more often these days by the mainstream

media itself. They cannot avoid it anymore, as it is being more and more exposed

as years go by. It is not a “conspiracy theory” anymore, but an ugly “conspiracy

reality” that is the main cause of our global enslavement.

This ignorance of most common people living today, regarding the Deep-State, is

well understandable, considering that the mainstream media has become the

main tool of the Deep-State, fully owned by the Deep-State. As such, the

mainstream media has become the Propaganda Ministry of most western

governments. It was well known however by many researchers and authors many

decades ago.

For example, it was well described by George Orwell, in his book Nineteen

Eighty-Four published in 1949. Another example is USA Senator William Jenner

spoke explicitly about the Deep-State in a speech as early as in 1954:

“Today the path to total dictatorship in the U.S. can be laid by strictly

legal means, unseen and unheard by Congress, the President, or the

people. Outwardly we have a Constitutional government. We have

operating within our government and political system … a well-

organized political-action group in this country, determined to destroy

our Constitution and establish a one-party state…. The important point

to remember about this group is not its ideology but its organization… It

operates secretly, silently, continuously to transform our Government….

This group … is answerable neither to the President, the Congress, nor

the courts. It is practically irremovable”.

Another great expert of the Deep-State, The Rutherford Institute’s John W.

Whitehead, describes the Deep-State as a,

“corporatized, militarized, entrenched bureaucracy that is fully

operational and staffed by unelected officials who are, in essence,

running the country, this shadow government represents the hidden face

of a government that has no respect for the freedom of its citizenry”. He

adds: “It poses the greater threat to freedom right now. Comprised of

unelected government bureaucrats, corporations, contractors, paper-

pushers, and button-pushers who are actually calling the shots behind

the scenes, this government within a government is the real reason “We

The Deep-State, which “operates according to its own compass heading,

regardless of who is formally in power,” makes a mockery of elections and the

entire concept of a representative government.

The Deep-State is the fusion centers and spy agencies that have created

surveillance state and turned all of us into suspects. It’s the courthouses that have

allowed corporate profits to take precedence over due process and justice. In the

USA in particular, it is the military empire with its private contractors and

defense industry that is bankrupting the nation. It’s also the subservient private

sector with its contract personnel with top-secret clearances, often in a number

greater than that of top-secret-cleared civilian employees of the government. It’s

every facet of a government that is no longer friendly to freedom and is working

overtime to trample the Constitution underfoot and render the citizenry

powerless in the face of the government’s power grabs, corruption and abusive

tactics.

These are the key players that drive the shadow government.

Author Lofgren, wrote a book titled, “The Deep-State”. In it, he claims that

the Deep-State is the red thread that runs through the war activities and the

militarization of foreign policy, the deindustrialization of the economy of western

countries, through offshoring and outsourcing, the rise of a plutocratic social

structure that has given us the most unequal society in almost a century, and the

political dysfunction that has paralyzed day-to-day governance.

That Deep-State operatives use the ‘presstitutes’ of the propaganda of the

mainstream media to tell you at this point in history that the Deep-State does not

exist. This only tells us that this new scrutiny of the Deep-State is unwelcome.

The Deep-State is also the spying apparatus that scarfs up data on everyone all

around the world, meddles in supposed free and fair elections, and overthrows

regimes for its own selfish corporative purposes. It is the regulatory bureaucracy

that writes laws and regulations on such a scope that every American commits

multiple felonies through the normal course of a day so that the state can

expropriate their land and their wealth. It is the police state that enforces these

and other regulations and laws passed legally and illegally and extra-

constitutionally, and which steals the people’s liberty and livelihood through even

asset forfeiture already in many western countries.

In the USA, the Deep-State is eminently the CFR which puts up presidential

candidates in both parties and populates the government in the departments of

State, Treasury and Defense regardless of the party of the president, and

establishes policy which is rubber-stamped by the elected President. It is the

military-industrial complex which recognizes no international borders and makes

war on nations that have not attacked us and pose us no harm beyond idle

threats. The same thing happens, mutatis mutandis, in most western countries,

either independently or through collaboration with the USA, NATO or the UN.

The Deep-State is certainly, for a major part, the banksters who create debt-

money out of thin air to pay for wars and use that debt-money to rape and pillage

the resources of foreign countries. They create fake fiat debt-money out of thin

air, but lend it as ‘real’ money to finance wars before (armament), during

(operations) and after (reconstruction) these wars take place. And they expect the

reimbursement of that ‘fake-real’ money by additional taxation of the MAC of all

the countries involved. These banksters are typically from the cabal of private

banks of the house of Rothschild, the house of Rockefeller, and the related

globalist elites who annually meet for Bilderberg.

As we will see in more details further down, these banksters of the Deep-State,

those who print debt-money out of thin air and erode people’s power at the

bottom level, also collaborate deceitfully to erode people’s power at the top level,

using that fake fiat debt-money for profit through extra-governmental agencies

like the IMF (International Monetary Fund), the WB (World Bank), even

corporate jackals and hit men who bribe and, if necessary, threaten leaders of

other nations into accepting deals supposedly to build or rebuild their countries’

infrastructure, when in fact they do it only for the benefit of powerful

multinational corporations of the Deep-State of the western world. The famous

book of John Perkins, Confessions of an Economic Hitman, is very

illuminating from that point of view.

This saddles those countries with burdensome debt and locks their populations

into permanent poverty and deprivation through related additional taxation.

Greece is only the most recent example of this dramatic abuse. Those leaders

who do not play along are often assassinated, or their countries invaded by

NATO troops under some created, high-minded justification, like it was

eminently the case on the basis of the fake news about Hussein in Iraq and

about Gheddafi in Libya. Other countries are now on the same hit list for the

same fake reasons, mainly Syria and Iran. It is certainly not a coincidence that

the four above-mentioned countries were the only ones in the Middle East that

refused to institute a national central bank using the fake fiat money system of

the western bankers, fully controlled by the banksters of the western Deep-State.

The first two have now been corrected from this point of view. They immediately

got such national central banks fully controlled by the banksters of the western

Deep-State, but… only after their complete destruction. The other two are on the

same ugly path.

Afghanistan and many other countries have previously suffered the same fate,

for the same reason. All the related wars, in all these countries of the Middle

East, were made only for this purpose, and not for any fake news of the need to

spread democracy or acquire their natural resources. The same thing applies to

dozens of other countries in the rest of the world, like in Africa and in Latin-

America. All these wars or regimes change happened for this same reason.

Someone rightly said: “All Wars are Bankers Wars” and they are the main tool

through which they have become so rich and acquired a world level of enslaving

SPAZ Power.

Western central banks produce and lend nothing but more paper money, and

they want and take it all back with interests from the producers of the wealth of

the MAC through abusive taxation. Therefore, their only solution for the

collapsing financial system is to steal wealth from the producers of goods and

services, the MAC, through ever growing taxation, and provide more and more

fiat debt-money and credit, that is more public debt. This is the ugly face of the

so-called “Quantitative Easing” that has been so popular in the last decade. And

this additional public debt is extended with the outmost pleasure of the Deep-

State, as it is all guaranteed, in that it will all be reimbursed to the Deep-State by

the MAC, as both capital and interests, through constantly increasing taxation.

Consequently, a fiat paper debt-money, created specifically as debt, instead of as

asset, always makes the creating country more and more autocratic or fascist

after too many years in existence. This is the time when the Deep-State

commands and makes as many wars as possible abroad, and even war on its own

people at home. This is exactly our case today in the western world. Most people

however never realize it because it is not announced, but hidden in propaganda

within such terms as “for the common good”.

An unlimited supply of paper debt-money buys sophisticated arms that create

fear and the propaganda to manipulate the people against their personal freedom

and best interest. Fiat paper debt-money is tyranny or becomes tyranny. It

guarantees criminal government against its own taxpayers.

Paper debt-money, personal freedom and privacy are incompatible. Paper debt-

money centralizes power to the state and diminishes the individual. To reimburse

that debt, all personal activities have to be fully registered and taxed in one way

or another. This is the first cause of all the misery we see happening today in the

western world.

The Deep-State also retains its hold on power through fear, by deceitfully creating

chaos and causing destruction, through false flags, and then offering its solution

to the problems it has itself created. The same applies to the growing numbers of

wars we are experiencing today.

It is no surprise to see the Deep-State create or instigate false flag events and

blame them on other countries, like Russia or North Korea or China or

Iran. It could be a terror event, or an attack or even an “accidental” collision

between a NATO military plane or ship and one from Russia or China. Or, it

could be a collapse of the electrical grid or the electronic grid of the banking

system.

EROSION AT THE TOP

If the Deep-State erodes People’s Power from the bottom, the Supra-State erodes

it from the top. This is done through various layers of supra-national levels of

governance and organizations. This erosion of People’s power at the top level is

not less real than the erosion at the bottom. This time, at the top level, as hinted

at above, it has to do specifically with the unelected various layers of supra-

national governance over the elected level of the nation-country. This includes

typically the EU (European Union) in the context of Europe, and the UN (United

Nations) at the world level, but also, in a transversal level, with attempted or real

organizations like TTT (TTP+TTIP+ TISA), GATT, IMF, and WB etc.

These various cumulative supra-national levels of governance make it practically

impossible to “Have Down Rule Up”, and to “Make Up Serve Down”. This

additional erosion of power of “We The People” from the top, over and above

the erosion of power from the bottom through the Deep State, destroys

completely any concept of anything we could still call “Democracy”. At this point

we are no more in a democracy but in a well-hidden dictatorship, let alone a

Kleptocracy confiscating all power and wellbeing resources from its people.

However, the combined propaganda of the Deep State and of the Supra-National

levels of governance very easily succeed to make us believe that we are still living

in a Democracy, in fact in the best form of democratic government that exists on

Planet Earth. This is complete falsity. At this point, we are only deceitfully made

to believe that “We The People” have power, while in fact we have none left,

except the power to grant our masters the stupidity of our gratitude for our fake

conviction that we do live in a Democracy under their favorable command.

This falsity and fake conviction have to be corrected, with Truth. This is what a

TruthOcracy can most easily do. Within a TruthOcracy, once the DOWN of the

national level of governance has been enabled to make the UP finally serve the

DOWN, then each higher JewZuit level of supra-national governance over our

false democracies can start doing the same thing with the next level up, or else,

get democratically out from under the control of the next levels up. However, that

process upwards is not an easy one. The more UP the level is, the less that level of

governance is discernable. This goes up to practically an invisible top level that is

very difficult to identify, but nevertheless the most powerful level at the moment

in our false democracies run as DebtOcracy. These top levels are what we call the

new supra-national JewZuit Power, or the SPAZ Power at its very top, enslaving

their people through mainly DDD and debt-money created as debt instead of as

asset.

Consequently, our national governments are, by now, and completely contrary to

what they should be, the level with the least power to respond to exactly what

“We The People” want. At the same time, the puppet national level is the one

with the most direct power, or impact on people, for implementing deceitfully

what the next unelected levels above it do want. This is the loop of enslavement

above our heads compounded by the deep state level of enslavement under our

feet. These two levels of abusive power, above and below the national level, have

to be eliminated through an EthoCracy or, ideally, a TruthOcracy.

At the moment, our national governments have become only efficient puppets of

the higher levels above them, and of the lower levels of deep state under them,

and they mainly exist to serve those other levels instead of us. However,

eliminating these national puppets is not easy, as they very much enjoy their

abusive roles by draw all sorts of corrupting benefits while in office, and too often

undeserved higher positions once they leave office. This is why they obediently

abuse us downwards, daily, with an ever growing number of surprises, after

elections, in terms of new laws and taxes that were never included in any of their

simple electoral programs. This would not happen in a TruthOcracy based on

Truth and no lies. In an TruthOcracy, a political candidate aspiring to lead the

country has no electoral program anymore, only a BEC (Binding Electoral

Contract), that has to be fully respected, and that is fully binding in 4 cumulative

ways, subject to losing immediately his plush commanding position: 1) do only

what is in the contract, 2) do all of what is in the contract within the times

indicated, 3) do it all only with the type of specific financing indicated, and 4) do

it all only with only the designated team of ministers (with a choice of substitutes

also identified by name) whose full curricula are made well-known in advance of

the electoral campaign.

PROMETHEUS CAN TEACH US A LESSON

At the moment, the leaders of the institutions of governance at the supra-national

level of command pretend quite explicitly to know what is best for their people,

without the consultation or the consent of “We The People”, and,

consequently, that it is their duty to command blindly the people at the lower

levels. Like Prometheus, these pretentious leaders want to command people

without these people having been first prepared for Truth, and then enlightened

by Truth, and aspiring to that Truth. In fact, these self-appointed leaders do

worse than Prometheus, as they purposely hide the Truth from the people they

pretend to command sovereignly. This is absolutely contrary to a fair God’s

intentions, and thus God can, and will, punish them like he punished

Prometheus. This is exactly what can be done through a TruthOcracy.

Our national levels of governance, supposedly and phonily elected to serve us, are

the base of a GLOBAL-WORLD-IN-REVERSE that is totally inacceptable. As

REVERSE imposes on us, on a regular basis, new laws, taxes and security

measures, along with a constantly growing loss of liberty, that are all

implemented mostly as a result of the hidden Master Plan of the commanding

unelected levels above the national level. It is time to enlighten people about this

GLOBAL-WORLD-IN-REVERSE, and maybe try to bring it back up, well on its

feet, with initiatives like the PythagorArium, for enlightening people to take

the proper actions for transforming our "Enslavement Downwards" into an

"Enslavement Upwards", with all our elected leaders being finally the only

thing they should be: public servants instead of public enslavers.

As Prometheus has demonstrated, this enlightening process is not an easy

objective, and even a dangerous one if it fails, but for us to do nothing about it

can only conduct us to complete global enslavement. The mythical figure of

Prometheus tried to bring some Apollonian Fire, and thus Light, to the

people of his environment, and he was punished severely because man was not

first educated for receiving it, thus not ready for it, and consequently only

misused and abused it. Today, man can be made ready for receiving the

enlightenment he needs to go "From Enslavement Downwards to

Enslavement Upwards". This can be achieved through a new type of Holistic

Tetractys Education, as explained in a website of ours called EthoPlasìn, and a

related new type of governance called TruthOcracy, both provided and/or

promoted by the PythagorArium.

The mythical figure of Prometheus was attached to a rock, and each day an

eagle would come and eat his liver, which would regrow each time over night, to

be eaten again the following day, causing him constant sufferance. We

nevertheless have to attempt the same, in order to clarify, purify an improve our

own ugly situation, fighting for more virtuous governance, through the light of

better holistic education, called ELducation, based on the return of the

philosophy of the EL culture that gave us, many times in the past, our best

moments of civilization in the history of humanity. The understanding of our ugly

situation of enslavement, and the desire to improve it, were the sparks that lit the

Promethean Fire of better governance that the PythagorArium wants to

punished once again, like Prometheus was, because most people are not ready

for, or capable of receiving it, and consequently will only abuse it, transforming

the intended warming and lightening fire into a burning and destructive fire.

The main JewZuit level of governance to be reformed, in order to launch the

domino effect bringing all the necessary reforms, is first and foremost the

national one, as the basic elected level with which citizens are most directly in

contact. However the higher unelected levels are the main causes of our enslaving

problems at the moment.

TOP LEVEL TO BE ELIMINATED FIRST

These higher unelected levels have to be neutralized first. They have a variety of

more visible sub-levels of their own, and more invisible sub-levels of their own.

If we want to stop the erosion of “We The People”, all these top levels of supra-

national governance have, as the very first step, to be eliminated, or at least

emaciated, in the sense of never having priority over the national level elected on

the basis of a BEC by the national people involved. These supra-national levels

can still exist however, but only as participative levels, to be freely joined,

voluntarily by the national level, and explicitly only as much, or as far, as they are

not contradicting the national level of governance based on a BEC that always has

full priority. A TruthOcracy cannot exist otherwise.

The main visible unelected supra-national levels, like the EU or the UN, keep

pushing down at “We The People”, through their corrupted acolytes of the

national level, and through the oppressive political correctness they have wisely

and purposely engineered for this purpose, an ever increasing amount of

enslaving measures. And we let them dare to do so arrogantly even if they are

unelected and unaccountable. This is totally unacceptable even in the worst of

democracy, let alone in a TruthOcracy.

These unacceptable enslaving measures include things like the despotic UN

Agenda 21/30, the UN Global Compact, and the uselessly oppressive global

Carbon Tax for the probable hoax of a very uncertain Global Warming. And

the UN is doubly guilty for these measures. It first pursues them even if they have

the potential of creating more collateral harm than good for all of us, mainly for

the increase of their propagandistic image in seeking global power. Second, it

does so while avoiding any significant push against much more important issues

at the moment, like the terrible global sea pollution, (notably in particular the

Pacific Ocean since after the Fukushima nuclear disaster) the related dramatic

sea-life destruction through an abuse of unrecyclable plastic and chemicals,

the disappearance of the honey bees because of pesticides, the rampaging

forms of cancer worldwide because of GMO and various dangerous substances

used in processed food, not to mention the GENOCIDE OF THE MALE-MAN

through chemtrails and the other factors mentioned above. The UN has this

ugly agenda, or lack of proper agenda, only for attaining more easily its global

enslavement objectives of “We The People”, and its own global power to form a
