support Friends of Gantsi Primary Hospital executive committee and Mokento Social

Club who organized the event. Last but not least we would like to give our sincere

INTRODUCTION.

Friends of Gantsi Primary Hospital Committee in collaboration with Mokento Social

Club organized a carwash fund raising activity with the purpose of organizing funds to

purchase sports kit for Mokento Football Club.

The activity was conducted conducted at a Sefalana Area around Gantsi Township from

08:00am to 07:30 pm.

CRITICAL ACTIVITIES.

Prior to this activity, organizer has to inform and register the event to Gantsi District

Commissioner and Botswana Police Service, Gantsi. Moreover, the permission to use an

identified premise was also sought from the management of Kalahari Arms Hotel.

Resources required for successful completion of the activity included:-

Space

Water containers and Water

Multisurface cleaner specifically one step.

Music

Vacuum cleaner

Banners

Food and drinks.

Most of these items were provided by friends of Gantsi primary hospital.
