Message from Headteacher:
Dear Parents and Carers, Thank you for all your kind Christmas wishes and gifts given to staff. I hope you all had a wonderful break. This term we welcome 2 new Teaching Assistants, Christina and Lee. Unfortunately we’ve had to say goodbye to our fantastic Teaching Assistant, Stars in Our School winner, James McVicker today. All staff will miss him and wish him well in his future ventures. If you have any unopened, unwanted gifts or food (in date please), send them to school for The Good Shepherd please. They are a charity who provide food banks and soup kitchens across the City for those in need. Thank you in advance for your generosity. Sarah Whittington

Stars in Our Schools
Stars in Our Schools is an annual celebration for school support staff from across the UK. The annual celebration includes an opportunity to nominate individuals for their exceptional commitment
and work.
In 2017 our fabulous swimming instructor, Kate Taylor, was nominated and won in our region for her outstanding work within our school.
This year we are proud to announce one of our staff members has won again for our region. A huge well done to Teaching Assistant James McVicker for his outstanding commitment and hard work at Tettenhall Wood School.
To celebrate we held a whole school assembly where James was awarded flowers, chocolate and given an invite to have lunch with the Mayor.
