Project ManagementWe provide a project manager for all installations to ensure a smooth, trouble-free transition to the new system. The first stage is to assess the functions and procedures that need to be carried out in order to ensure the system runs effectively. These procedures will run to a planned schedule which has been previously agreed between the client and the implementer.

ImplementationThe implementer will have many years of experience at senior levels and specific knowledge of your industry. Their role is to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and to liaise directly with your system administrator to ensure that nothing is overlooked.

TimescaleConverting a business to Freshware is a seamless operation which can usually be achieved within normal working hours. Our aim is to provide maximum flexibility: in cases where implementation cannot take place alongside the daily running of your business, we can install the system overnight.

TrainingOnce you are familiar with your brand new system it will make the daily management of your busness far easier. Training needs vary depending on usage, so the project manager will determine the level of training needed for each user, organise training sessions and, as soon as a start date is decided, ensure the is schedule agreed and implemented.

Service and SupportWe don’t just install and leave. We offer telephone and online diagnostic support Monday to Friday during normal office hours. For your peace of mind, out of office hours support is always available should you need it.
