parents+pupils+teachers+leader team
Primary school is not EPLE no self-government
Depends of municipality financing Circonscription Inspectorate teachers
immediate superior Director is not teachers immediate
superior . Only administrative task. School board, same constitution but has
not decisions power.

This assessment must be applied to all School system:
The pupils, the teachers and all staff,all type of schools, external partners,central administration… »

The RECTEUR :in charge of academic Education
The regional Inspectors: control and training of secondary school teachers
Level Departemental :
The DASEN : Director of departemental education section.
The Circonscription Inspectors:They ‘re in charge of training and control primary teachers.
Local Level:
The Headmaster: He is head of the local education policy related with the academic policy.
He’s the representative of the Recteur in his secondary school.
He has to control secondary school teachers with regional pedagogical Inspectors.
National Level DEPP: Assessment, prospective and
performance Management (of Ministry for Education)
IGEN:General Inspectors of Ministry for Education
IGAENR : Central Administration and Education Research Inspectors
All this tools are compulsory and extracted from Education Act (1989’s law)
Secondary school project (every 5 years)
Targets contract (every 3 years)
Pedagogical policy implementation report (once a year)
Financial report (once a year)
National Tests and exams for Pupils: to verify the acquisition of SCCC( year 5, 8 , 12) National diploma examination :DNB,Bac and
CAP
Teachers Evaluation: -1 or 2 grades if they’re in Primary or Secondary-by the Inspector and by the headmaster (only in secondary)-depends on a national assessment grid

Pupils evaluation: departemental, regional and national public information dissemination
