Eleven members of the Sunflower 4-H club attended the 4-H Officer Training Night held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 03, at the 4-H Building.
The meeting was organized and conducted by the 4-H Junior Lead-ers.
The evening began with a game called Agenda Scramble.
The purpose of the activity was to organize the activities in a 4-H meeting.
We learned that the activities might not always follow an exact order, but all activities are important for a good meeting.
After Agenda Scramble, a word quiz was given during the meal of barbecue burgers and chips. We learned in the activity that we are more effective if we work together and ask for help.
All in attendance attended a short training session for their job for the coming year.
Each session was led by one of the Junior Leaders.
After the training the Junior Lead-ers conducted a mock meeting. Roll call was by your favorite color.
The treasurers report was given by Kayler Rietcheck.
The song was by Matt Murray and Brianna White who did a fine ren-dition of “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star,” with some in attendance even doing the hand motions.

To enter the calculation result in the field, press Enter or Tab or click anywhere outside the boundary of the tape.
QuickBooks has many time-saving functions such as this one. Make your software work for you instead of the other way around.
