Expectations for FRs assigned to congregations(Pilot)1.Participate in a Congregational Fraternal

Annual Review (CFAR) with Relationship Support Staff – with follow-up as appropriate (financial based workshops) (or Pastor/congregational visit)

2.Participate in at least one Thrivent sponsored fraternal event that the congregation is involved in. ie. Join Hands Day, a Habitat build, congregational fund raising event etc.

Expectations for (Pilot) FRs assigned to congregations

3.Participate in one visibility event such as a Coffee Hour, Thrivent Resources Sunday with FR & Coordinators or host financial workshop

4.Participate in direct marketing to the congregation through Fleximail, Teleservices, Mailing invitations to regional/local workshops (retirement Income/ Market Update/other product workshops) or Teleservices enrollment in National Campaigns.

Phil Edlund staffed the booth at the SWWA ELCA Synod Assembly. Several people approached the booth while the

assembly was in session. Referred 5 people to John Aakre. John Aakre made appts. for new business.
